Live Oak Family Dental Care

Was going here on a regular basis, several years ago. I had to have an extraction. When the tooth came out, she kept scraping the inside with one of those picks. I told her I could feel it and it hurt. She kept going until I finally used my forearm to block my mouth.
They misdiagnosed/mistreated a tooth for months, then had to send me to a real dentist to fix it. The tooth still hurts to the touch, and the only way to get rid of the pain is to remove the tooth. Thanks for wasting my money.

More ineptness. You don't remember sending me a pathetic, pouty letter after I said I didn't want to come back?

"we would love to make things right" How? By shutting down and giving everyone their money back?

The little lady Ms.A (because I cannot spell her name)was amazing ,she was very compassionate, thorough, and explained every thing to me. I am very very scared of the dentist have been for years. So my mouth is in terrible shape now. So this was a very hard appointment for me.This is the appointment that stopped me from returning on prior visits to other dentist's in my past. Based on how I was treated.
However after my appointment at live oak and talking with Ms.A after my exam I am almost looking forward to my next visit. And I am certainly looking forward to being able to smile and eat agian. Everyone at like oak was caring ,professional,compassionate,and patient with me. I mean everyone.
EVERYONE FROM THE FRONT DESK TO THE FINAL PAPER WORK GENTLEMAN WERE ALL AMAZING.
I highly recommend this dentists office to anyone in your family that needs a dentist.

My husband and I have been patients of Live Oak now for about 5-6 years. The entire staff treats us as if we were their only patients… with care, compassion and they stay up with all the newest techniques. Their only concern is that the patient is treated with the upmost. They make your concerns their concerns and your victories their victories!

I had a crown pop out while flossing on the weekend. I had called Live Oak Family Dental Care.
Immediately, they responded that they could see me the following day. It is for this reason and many other times that I am reassured that I found an honest and caring Dentist.
My Mother is 85 years old. I have never been so impressed with how very wonderful they are with her care. Excellent care that is above and beyond.

Today was the final straw of mediocre to bad customer service. Had an appointment today for 3pm. Confirmed it ahead of time. Today they call at 9 am leaving messages of my daughter can come at 11am. She’s at work. I’m at work. We are going about our day planning on a 3pm dentist appointment before moving to college. Get there at 3 and they Cancelled the appointment because we couldn’t take the 11am appointment. We’ve been disappointed in this dentist for a year but felt it was too much of a hassle to change. They upsell relentlessly when you’re in their office. The dentist isn’t personable. They have high hygienist turnover.

Live oak family dental care is a very friendly place to go for all your dental needs. Top notch Dentists and assistance , the whole crew is very kind and gentle. I recommend Live Oak Family Dental Care for people that have problems with their teeth or mouth in general. They send me reminders when my next appointment is. Very helpful, with my busy schedule.

My hygienist did a great job and everyone from the receptionist who booked my appointment to the doctor herself were kind and professional. Will be happy to come back here for another cleaning in 6 months!

This office is poorly managed. There have been multiple times where they cancel appointments at the last minute or trying to move them due to operational shortcomings. They rarely seem to have their admiration in order and are focused more on money than patient experience. More importantly, they have incorrectly billed us and ignored making the ethical corrections while failing to follow up several times in a timely manor over the last 6 months+. Im so fed up of dealing with this place and will take my family elsewhere due to their incompetent administration and poor communication

This is by far the best dentist office I have ever been to. They explain every process thoroughly and make sure you are as comfortable as possible. Each hygienist/Dr. I have interacted with has been personable and easy to converse with. I base all of my purchases/service providers off of reviews and this one didn’t let me down. If you’re reading this and still on the fence, go ahead and give them a holler and get those chompers taken care of.

I am really glad to have found this great team. My daughter had a big issue when she lost her molar prematurely and we went in many different doctors and didn’t find the confident we needed to proceed with her treatment. Some dentists we went gave us the impression they are all about money and didn’t care about her feelings or psychological part.
Someone referred m DR. Priscila and she is really everything they told me about. She is very patient, calm and a very good professional. She explains in details about what should be done and we feel very comfortable to decide for the best procedures. My kids love her!
I need to highlight the assistant Tiffany, who is amazing with kids! When she realizes that the kid is upset, she sits down with them, talk, talk, talk, tell many stories until kids feel safe! She is an amazing ice breaker and is doing an excellent job making kids relax and laugh!
