Smile Studio

My experience with Smile Studio was as simple as they told me. I never imagined pulling 10 teeth all at one time would go so smooth . I was so nervous even though the staff kept telling me it was going to be alright. Well they were right because I never felt a thing. I would differently recommend Smiles Studio to anyone that needs dental work done.

Great management and wonderful dentist she was so nice and gentle with me and cared about how I felt about my teeth. They gave me a great dental plan and I highly recommend this place above any other dental office I've ever been too.

Just visited Smile Studio for the first time this past Labor Day and I’m honestly so glad I did! I’ve been going to the same dentist for the last 29 years but she recently stopped accepting my insurance so I’ve been looking for a new dentist since. I tried 2 other offices and was not impressed. I was told about Smile Studio from a friend and thought I would try it. My first impression was how nice and friendly all the staff were and the Doctor was even better than I imagined! While waiting for my appointment, I heard Dr. Ibrahim with another patient who had her toddler child with her and the kid just would not stop screaming. Dr. Ibrahim was so patient with the child which I was very impressed with because I personally would have probably refused to work on the kid for being a brat, but Dr. Ibrahim was professional the entire time. Then when it was time for my appointment I was afraid his patience may have ran out but thankfully he was still just as extremely patient with me as he was with the screaming child! He never seemed frustrated or in a rush (as I’ve seen my sister’s dentist act). He walked me through everything he was going to do to make me more comfortable about my procedure and answered every question I had. Best part was I barely even felt a thing! He had very steady hands and was confident in his actions. He even made his dental assistant take a second set of xrays when he possibly saw a cavity to make sure he didn’t do any non-essential drilling which I GREATLY appreciated!! I’ve heard of such horror stories about dentists convincing patients into procedures they don’t need and that’s honestly been my biggest fear in finding a new dentist but Dr. Ibrahim explained everything in plane English so I could actually make an informed decision about my procedure. I will CERTAINLY be returning to this dentist for all my future needs and I would HIGHLY recommend him to any one else. I am an attorney and I deal with a lot of unethical individuals but this was probably one of the most honest and ethical doctors I’ve come across. What a great dental office!!

I switched over from previous dentistry to Smile Studio in Livingston Texas. As soon as I walked the door the staff greeted me graciously and quickly switched over insurance information. They got my son back and quickly started on his exam. The staff were so polite and offered me refreshments. Smile Studio is very clean and welcoming. I am so glad I made the switch.

The people at the front here are fantastic and lovely people, so it’s not them I am complaining about, it’s the dentist himself. I told them I was deathly scared of the dentist and when I arrived to get my teeth filled, he brushed it off as just a little anxiety. I then had a full blow panic attack because he hurt me several times and continued to get annoyed when I told him I was in pain. He finally let me calm down and I was good to go.
Little did I know, 4 months after getting my teeth filled I still continue to be in pain when I eat hard/crunchy foods and anything with sugar in it. I have been back every month complaining of this pain and he continues to say it’s because my fillings are uneven. But today, my filling has chipped and I am utterly disappointed that I dealt with this annoying pain for the last 4 months to find out my filling has now began chipping. I’m not telling him how to do his job, but the least he can do is listen to his patients.

Very nice and friendly staff, however, everytime we go for the past few years and recently, we have to call and get our provider changed every single time. It gets tiresome, as well as not seeing the same dentist more than once so your children can't get accustomed to seeing them like they do a PCP. Also there are ALWAYS issues with scheduling and we have had appts changed multiple times without being told. Like I said very friendly place but not well organized.

I had made 2 appointments over the phone for this Thursday for both my children for 5 pm, I got confirmation in txt on date and time. Well then last minute I get a txt saying we will see u at 1 a 4hr sooner time. Well I didn't ask for that I had asked and gotten confirmation on a 5 pm time for a reason, so now I had to cancel their appointment. It's a huge inconvenience that who ever is responsible for making and keeping up with appointments can't seem to do their job properly.

These gals and guys are literally the best !! I needed 5 appointments, from age 2 to 15, and these guys did it all!!! So super polite with my cranky toddler, very considerate of me as a parent, always checking to make sure my kids felt comfortable or if anything hurt ! Looks like we found our family dentist!

Great place for all ages!! Absolutely loved the staff! Front office workers Brooke and Kaylee, Manager Keri, and RDA Keandra! They were all very friendly and welcoming. All great with kids! An awesome place to bring your little ones. I will definitely be bringing my son here again!

I use Smile Studio for myself and all three of my kids. Quality dental care by a super helpful and friendly staff. Professional, caring, and especially good with children. Reasonable wait times. I was just there with my son today, and it was a great experience as always.
