I WAS extremely impressed with McAllen dental care. I'm visiting from out of state and had a dental emergency, Andrea worked tirelessly to get my MN insurance approval, they got me in quick and did two extractions. The dentist was gentle with the numbing shots, making it rather painless. However, after the extractions (and scraping the sockets etc and stitches) when the numbing wore off, I was in sever pain. I couldn't talk, after a friend called the dentist to explain how much pain I was in, they were told I shouldn't be in any pain. The Motrin wasn't helping (still isn't) and they were rude about it. Left me in agonizing pain, still hurting bad today (the day after) so I wouldn't recommend going to there if you have any painful issues, I'm in worse pain now than before the extractions.

Everyone was very professional and friendly. Dr. Jed is great! I recommended McAllen dental! They did an awesome job with the cleaning and explained everything to me very clearly!

I got my root canal done here and It was fast and easy. VERY AFFORDABLE.I had walked out of another dentist office because I felt the price was way too much. Luckily I can here. Will be getting my work done here along with my families from now on.
