My daughter doesn’t have bad experiences when she comes in. Everything is good, they work with me having to reschedule my daughters appointment but we still get to make it in the same day. When we go we are pretty much in and out. She gets to play and get pictures with the bear, she enjoys it. I had a bad experience once but it wasn’t at this location it was the Buckner location when I was a kid but everything is great here. Thank you

Very clean. Friendly staff and great dentist 😬thank you for taking such good care of my 14 year old. Yes! They even saw my husband. I also had a great experience with the assessment and he explained everything! Loved it.

Fatima and the whole team are so wonderful. I really love Mesquite Bear Creek. The atmosphere is so welcoming. It's so much I would like to say, but the one most valuable comment I have is that they take great care of my precious daughter. For that I love them all. By the way. Can you bring back the Orthodontist. Seriously!
She Lives In Purpose
Other than the tremendously long waiting every time the entire staff is amazing. Everyone is always very pleasant and helpful. The only recommendation I would make is coming up with a different protocol for children that need sedation and have to have the medication filled at the pharmacy. Trying to get those scripts for the parents ahead of time would be a great help!

I have been searching for a great place to take my 4 kids. I wanted to find somewhere that cared more about my children than just making money. At BEAR CREEK FAMILY DENTISTRY it felt like home. DR. OH IS AMAZING... he did such an amazing job with my kids and truly does what is best!!! Shout out to Fatima and all the staff there at the Mesquite location. LOVE LOVE LOVE it here and will not be going anywhere else in the future! Great Job to everyone there... Yall are awesome!!

The customer service was amazing..they even fought the insurance companies so I didn't have to! The dentist was very nice, and so were the assistants. I absolutely love DULCE!!! SHE IS BOMB....and did everything to make my life a little less stressful. Thank you Bear Creek!!!! Customer for life

Love their staff! They’re so friendly and welcoming. They keep up with us by providing reminders of appointments when they’re coming up. They also call afterwards to make sure my child is doing okay. We are always attended in a timely manner, I’ll always recommend them.

Amazing service and office. The office was clean and well maintained. The staff was extremely friendly and always asking if there was anything they could do for us. Dr. Chen is the most terrific pediatric doctor I have encountered. He was great with my six year old, easy to talk to and genuinely cared about the health and well-being of my son. The wait was not bad, the nurses and doctors were all about keeping me informed and asking me questions about my needs or his. They had a spacious waiting room with several wall tablets for the kids to play with, they had balloons and stickers for the kids. They had several television sets playing kids shows. We had an extraction of two front teeth done on the same day as his first visit I will 100% recommend this dentist any chance I get. I hate dentists normally but this office made even me feel comfortable. They also had a bear there for you to take pictures with and printed out buttons and keychains out with my kids picture with the bear on it and gave it to you for free. They are also open Saturdays which for me is a major plus.
