Dr. Adams is an artist! That was the best experience in a dentist office I can remember. I was totally relaxed the whole time, no gripping the arms of the chair. They fixed a mistake from a previous dentist, and I’m really happy.

This place is a major scam! I was fine with the office until my insurance company called out that I was being significantly overcharged. Apparently Lynn and Elizabeth have a practice of upcoding people’s accounts and submitting inflated claims to the insurance company! They also submit multiple claims for one visit to your insurance company, knowing very well that one code or very few codes can be used. That’s insurance fraud hands down! Anyone and everyone please beware that this location takes pride in doing dishonest business with a smile on their face! Stay away, go somewhere else, it’s not worth it. As someone mentioned below, this is very common at that office! Call your insurance company in their faces and ask to be billed later once they’ve billed your insurance. Fraud’s and thieves!

Dr. Vinay Patel skipped town with out finishing my dental implant. He even told me because he botched the first implant that l wouldn't owe him anything else until the implant was completed. Now. Everyone at the office doesn't know where he is. I went to my appointment today to hear he's basically a fly by nighter. It's their responsibility to do the work l've ALREADY paid for. NRH modern dentistry better make it right. Ftw district dental society.

I’m really surprised that after my oral surgery, that the office never took 2 mins. To call me to see how I was feeling, I had 3 wisdom teeth extracted and was prescribed 3 different meds... I was put under and when trying to be waken up, I had someone pulling and pinching my ear... that hurt and I was unable to say anything ... I’m truly disappointed in this office.
