If I could give 0 stars I would. His bedside manner sucks. I left my 9 year old in the room to check on my other kids and come back to him screaming bloody murder in so much pain. The dentist was rude and had no compassion. It took an hour to do a cap. We left before we could do the other work. I won't go back and don't recommend anyone else to.

I went for a broken tooth, seen the dentist received antibioticS. Called due to pain, the dentist I seen the first time was not in so had to wait. Made an appointment with the dentist I seen first go in he doesn’t want to pull it. Had to drive to Dumas to have the tooth pulled. Went back today due to pain, asked if they would look at it, dentist that pulled it was not in. The dentist that was there refused to look at it. Extremely frustrating. Knowing the weekend there will be no one to treat for emergencies. They prescribe ibuprofen for the swelling without even looking at it.

Avoid this death trap. It's mainly targeted at low income individuals and so if you come in with actual insurance, be prepared to be "diagnosed" with 15 cavities that no dentist in Amarillo will be able to find. They rotate through dentist all the time as none of the dentist actually just work there. They're all dentist that service half a dozen shops in the panhandle. I spent way too much money funny fixing the awful work done by this place. I should have never gone here in the first place. If you aren't on Medicaid, go to Amarillo. Even then, go to Amarillo. My experience with this place was bad enough I looked into a malpractice suit but just gave up, taking it and the thousands spent as a lesson learned. Don't go here.

Worst experience ever! I live 1 hr away from the clinic had an appointment in a Saturday the appointment was scheduled 1 month before. Drove 1 hour only to find out they were closed. Text messaged were sent by the clinic to me reminding the appointment. I will NOT come back at all!

The dentist gave my daughter a panic attack. He leaned in close and told her he was her friend and wasn’t going to hurt her then proceeded to leave the room and come back several times while my wife and daughter sat there listening to another child scream bloody murder the whole time! Finally after an hour and a half of this he got frustrated at my daughter for not calming down and walked out. He referred us to an office in Amarillo.

my wife started getting her false teeth back in September of 2020 now paid full payment for them got the bottom in June now there saying we still owe them more money and bye the way they broke them the first three or four times they come in

The ladies at Smile Zone are always so friendly. Going to the dentist can seem scary for a kid but my boys are always comfortable there and have good visits.

A routine cleaning was unsatisfactory, as I could still see tarter on my teeth right afterward and wasn't properly rinsed, nor flossed. The entire staff, including the doctor, the assistant, and the entire front desk employees, is incompetent and scum bags for letting me walk out of that office looking like a fool because I had blood stains all over my chin and tooth paste on my cheek!!!! WARNING: Go elsewhere!!!

I developed a bad toothache over the weekend, I called Smile Zone on Monday as they opened. Told them my problem, they said to come right over. They fit me in and took care of me promptly. Considering that I am recent resident to the Pampa area, I was extremely impressed. Smile Zone is now my “go to” for all of my dental needs. Doctor and Staff are Top Notch!

Terrible, terrible front desk . My wife had an appointment at 12 on a Monday to get crowns fitted . The front desk called at 10:30 the day of my appointment and I,formes me they had run out of materials the Friday before . Both my wife and I took days off for this . Now we have burned time off and have nothing to show for it . Very poorly run clinic ..Would not recommend .
