Swish Dental Pflugerville

First visit to this location. Friendly and helpful staff. Explained my questions at the office as well as some follow-up questions over the phone. Treatment options were explained thoroughly. The technology exceeded my expectations. My previous dental office only had x-rays, whereas Swish had additional technology that helped me to see what was physically happening to my teeth over time. This supported me in my decision towards a treatment plan.

I had an emergency tooth extraction I was in so much pain I couldn't bare the pain..it was later in the afternoon, I called and they told me to come right away..even though they couldn't pull the tooth, the Dentist made sure and took such great care of me..the assistance also was so amazing he was so kind and very caring..they help me ease the pain and it was a little easier to finish my day..I really appreciate the way they showed such compassion to their clients. The woman at the front desk she was absolutely wonderful as well..will definitely be a long term client.. this place definitely deserves 10 stars..

Best dentist experience ever! The staff was so friendly and professional! They answered all of my questions thoroughly and helped me choose the best financial option for my situation. Very clean facilities as well with flat screen TVs to keep you entertained! Highly recommend. Shout out to Kacey (sorry if I spelled it wrong!), Leslie, Lisa, and Dr. Xia for being absolutely amazing!

Very friendly staff! They are great about their handoffs from one doctor to the next to always keep you informed of what to expect. They utilized some awesome dental tech that I had never been exposed to and the interior design of their building was also very pleasing.

Overall, fantastic experience and highly recommended.

Swish Dental Pflugerville provides a great customer experience. Like many people, I have anxiety around dental visits. Dr. Xia is great at making you feel at ease. She is very knowledgeable and takes the time to communicate with her clients. She does a wonderful job.

I don’t mind the long drive to see Dr. Xia. I felt very comfortable with her, so happy to find a great dentist finally in Austin. I booked my appointment the night before, and the team was able to send me all the new patient forms to fill out before my appointment in the afternoon. To my surprise, the office is thoughtfully decorated; I got youthful, clean, and modern vibes. I appreciated all the COVID precautions and the excellent staff.

One of the best dental experiences I’ve had. The entire office from front desk to hygienists, assistants and dentists are very professional, knowledgeable and personable. The technology that the office uses is also super cool and helpful.

They do a good job and they do it right, and the price is good. definitely a good choice

I'm so glad I decided to book an appointment at this Dental facility. I'd give my experience 3 thumbs up if I could. Lol The facility is super clean, the staff are extremely warm and welcoming not to mention very professional and patient. I did not feel rushed at all. The dental hygienist who cleaned my teeth did a supurb job. She wasn't heavy handed, explained to me what she was doing, etc. I finally walked away from a cleaning without being in pain!!! Everything went perfecto. Do not hesitate to visit.

I hadn't been to the dentist in over a year due to COVID-19 anxiety & I was long overdue for a Dental appointment. I had researched different dentistries in my area & when I found SWISH it was beyond my expectations in every way, from the politeness & thoroughness of the staff/Drs to the technology & cleanliness of the office.
