After cleaning my teeth, I had a very bad appearance because they created too many scratches on my front upper teeth.because of these scratches there are stain on my teeth surface. I didnt want to surface cleaning and especially my upper teeth surfaces didn’t need cleaning by scratching. my teeth were deformed. Whenever i look at the mirror, i wanna cry...

They are rip off. They will tell you that braces consultation is free but then they will bill it to your insurance and get paid the money that was suppose to be paid towards your braces by insurance.
