Yesterday morning Dr. Nalla brought me in for some work on my teeth. I was not sure what point in my treatment plan i was at but i had multiple cavities in my front teeth from when i was in my 20s. After she got finished yesterday i sat in my truck and cried because after living for 15 years with ugly holes in my teeth i finally have a normal smile again and i dont have to hide my teeth when someone takes a picture. Words can not properly express how grateful I am to Dr. Nalla and her excellent staff. My entire family are patients now and they have been nothing but professional and compassionate and understanding to all of us. They have never treated us with any kind of “tooth shaming” and have only tried to help us and make us feel welcome and important. The procedures have been completely painless and their workmanship is excellent. We are Floss dental patients for life!

Standard first visit with xrays and cleaning. Office is nice and location is convenient for me although parking anywhere in Legacy is a pain. Everyone was friendly and I'm looking forward to the whitening service. Scheduling was easy and assuming all goes well with billing and whitening this a total win!

I went in for a crow and was told I would be called whenever my permanent one came in. Almost a month later and nothing heard. I started calling to ask and was told the scheduling department would get back to me and they never called. Finally decided to show up in person, and what you know, the crown had been sitting there for weeks.
Terrible administrative services as of late. I've been going there for years but they must be under new ownership or management because it wasn't this bad before.

First time patient, came in for deep cleaning. Ms. Denise took great care of my cleaning and me, the staff are all very friendly, and the location is really nice and conveniently located. Looking forward to my whitening appt!!

The staff are very professional, kind, and cleanings are relaxing. The X-ray trays don't hurt either! They try their best to keep you comfortable during the entire process.

Staff is very warm friendly and professional! The Dr. works with you in every way! You wont find better! It's also in a very upscale strip mall area.but they're down to earth when you walk in or on the phone!
