Long story short. I’m travel through Texas had an infection in my molar and the pain was all the way up to my ear. The team did an extraction and cleaned it all out in no time at all. Pain free and back on the road.

Staff was very specific with instructions for my after care. Staff made my family feel comfortable and kept them at ease with my progress.A+
Facility equipment is current and cutting edge. A+

I am so grateful for Dr. Antolin and Garden Valley Dental! I have two little ones, ages 2 & 4. They both have typically not done well with medical appointments of any kind (vaccinations were somewhat traumatic.) Anyway, after many various nerve racking appointments, I started dreading trips to the doctor as much as my girls did. Well, now the one exception to that is going to the dentist! They get to choose their favorite Netflix shows while getting their teeth cleaned, which really helps. Dr. Antolin’s staff are also as friendly and accommodating as she is conscientious. If you have kids that dread the dentist, this is your place!

I really can't say enough about Garden Valley Dental office and specially Dr. Antolin. They are truly the best. It was initially recommended by a friend of mine, and now I recommend them to everybody. Very high quality dental care. Dr. Antolin takes the time and explains everything in details and all your options which I really like, and she avoids anything unnecessary which will save you a lot of money. Front and back staff are very friendly and amazing. They really make going to dentist an enjoyable experience.

I use to cringe and have major anxiety going to see the Dentist. Then a friend convinced me to go see Dr. Antolin. I definitely won't mind going to the dentist anymore. She made me feel so calm and relaxed. She answered any and ALL questions I had. The entire office staff was very accommodating and reassuring toward me the whole visit. I just recently started coming to Garden Valley Family & Cosmetic dentistry and they are top notch. Even throughout this whole chaotic pandemic they still seem to get the job done so well while keep us and them safe. Garden Valley really goes the extra mile for their patients. I really recommend coming to them for any dental needs!

This office gave me bad information about my insurance coverage. I specifically asked them if a procedure was covered and they said yes. Now they are trying to force me to pay for their mistake. Beware!

On 2/17/2020, I received treatment at Garden Family Dentistry. The Dentist Dr. Rhea Theresa C. Antolin put on two permanent crowns and a filling. The PERMANENT crown fell off after about 15 minutes, I was already home when this happened and I called and went back, she put it back on. She asked if I ate or drank anything, umm of course not I was completely numb still, it should not have fallen off like that. When she put it back on she told me to bite down on a piece of cotton for 20 minutes, that is NOT normal. The right crown bite was off and I told her that and she did nothing and said it should feel normal in time. After this, I was worried about the quality of treatment I was receiving. I also noticed a large hole, where Dr. Antolin did the filling, this was not normal and it was more sensitive than when I came in originally.

I made an appointment with another Dentist and he took x-rays and discovered the crown on the left was not placed correctly, the x-ray showed the crown had a ledge in the front and back, which would ultimately cause cavities and could ultimately keep falling off because it is not placed correctly. Along with this issue, the cavity that Dr. Antolin filled had a large hole in the top, a very large hole. The treatment I had to get from my new dentist was filling the cavity that was already supposed to be filled by Dr. Antolin and he adjusted the right crown because my bite was completely off.

Because of the work that Dr. Antolin did, I had to get the left crown re-done and receive a whole new crown on the cavity that she was suppose to fill correctly because she took so much of my original tooth off that now I cannot even eat without being in pain.

I paid A LOT of money for Dr. Antolin to completely botch my teeth, only to have received a very small refund back (only because I showed her the x-rays the new dentist did and she had absolutely no excuse as to why she botched my teeth) and I had to pay more money to a new dentist to fix her mistakes.

I normally do not write bad reviews but for the sake of anyone who is thinking of going here, I’m just trying to inform you of the horrendous treatment I received from her. She has a lot of good reviews, that is why I chose her in the first place but unfortunately she completely ruined my teeth. I am writing this review now because finally my new dentist has fixed everything that Dr. Antolin botched. I wanted to make sure that she didn’t make any more mistakes that I didn’t catch before I wrote this review.

Update: 5/18/2020 wow! So now the permanent crown that Dr. Antolin placed on the right side that same day has now fallen off! This is just ridiculous!! Now this means that ALL the work she did on me was botched!!! All of it!

I now plan to go through the Texas Dental Association and file a formal complaint because now I'm having to pay even more money to get this fixed!
