Absolutely the best Dentist Professionals i have ever found. I broke a tooth this morning and had to scramble to find a Dentist office that would take my insurance and get me in today to surgically extract the root and patch me up.

From the moment i walked into their door I felt that every staff member their complete understood what i needed and they were going to make sure to squeeze me into their busy day.

The consult was quick because the Dentist listened to what i needed and wanted. She then quickly told me all my other options without "imposing" all the other options. Together we came up with a good course of actions to take today, and for the future of my dental care. The extraction was done with out any complications and with top notch bedside manner.

After the surgical extraction i told the wife "sweet heart, meet our new family dentist." We made appointments for the whole family as we have decided About Smiles are the kinda folks we can trust to take care of us as if we were members of their family.

This is re my first appointment. I Received a phone call message and text reminding me of appt., and rec'd call from the dental hygienist that would be taking care of me the afternoon before my visit to introduce herself to me and we went over what was expected (very cool). Upon arriving we went over paperwork. Going into room, my hygienist was thorough and explained what she observed (after a few x-rays). After the cleaning, my dentist came in and explained findings and gave alternatives. We started plans for a "partial" to be done, right afterwards. Everyone was very nice and made my visit a good experience.

Clean facilities, friendly staff, and amazing work. I had a lot of work to be done and no insurance at the time but worked with me from start to finish. I love the results and will be coming back for routine exams and cleanings, I've suggested to friends and family that they do the same.

I have been go to About Smiles Round Rock office for over a year. They are the best. They help you with all your needs. The staff is friendly and really care about you . You are not a number. I would recommend them to everyone. They take good care of your kids needs too. I'm so happy I found them.

I can't say enough good things about this office. I needed quite a bit of work done especially on my bottom teeth. It got to the point I couldn't even chew anymore and with a new baby things get expensive fast. Other dentist offices were not willing to work with me at all, but About Smiles was able to work with me to be able to get the work done that I so desperately needed. Not to mention the nicest staff I've ever met in my life. Thank you so much About Smiles. My family and I will now be life long clients.

I chose this dental office because of the great reviews. I first had a basic cleaning and it went well, although I was surprised by how much work they said I needed. My next appointment, I was supposed to get three crowns and four fillings, mostly on one side. I was told my appointment would take two hours. I sat waiting and numb for about one hour and I was also informed (for the first time) that they would only be doing temporary crowns and that I would have to come back to get the permanent ones. Three hours into my appointment I asked the dentist if I would be done within the next hour because I needed to pick up my kids from school (which I didn't think would ever be a problem since I hadn't planned on a four hour appointment!). They moved a little faster and said they wouldn't get to the third crown. The dental hygienist placed the temporary crowns so quickly that they were placed much too high. I was numb for several more hours because they had to inject me more than once since the appointment was so long. My lip got a painful cut on the side from rough pulling. That night my temporary crown fell out. I called them the next day to have them reseat it. At that appointment they also sanded down one of the fillings because it was also too high. The dentist ended up making it too shallow though because from then on, my bite was off and I started experiencing jaw pain. At this point, I was scheduled for my permanent crown visit about ten days later. During this time with my temporary crowns I experienced intense nerve pain. I had to take the full dose of pain medicine every day just to function (and this was over Christmas no less). It was absolutely horrible. For my third visit, they placed my top crown but then I was informed that the bottom crown wasn't made correctly so I got another temporary crown! I tried explaining how my bite was off, but my dentist said everything looked fine. They said I wouldn't be able to come back for another two weeks. I was furious at this point. I called them the next day and demanded an earlier appointment because I was still in so much pain. They said I couldn't because my new crown wouldn't be back from the lab, but then agreed to move up my appointment by a week. I assumed this meant they would make sure the crown would be made in time. For my fourth appointment I detailed all my concerns and frustrations. They then made a crown in office. Once they placed it, I realized it was a different type of crown then my top crown. I was never informed about this. That appointment took four hours as well, even though I was told it would take 1.5 hours. The dentist raised my crown a little to try to compensate for my now shallow bite. She said I could come back for another adjustment if necessary. At the end of my visit they said I should schedule another appointment to get my other work done. I was totally dumbfounded. I just went through serious pain and trouble and they wanted to get started with more work! I lied and said I would call them after looking at my schedule (with the intent to never go back). It has now been a full week since my last appointment. Luckily my nerve pain has gone away but I have intense cold pain that won't go away on my back tooth that had a filling, I can't chew on the side with my crowns because they still hurt, and I get headaches every day with intense pressure in my ear because my bite is still not right. I have been considerably disappointed in the quality of work of this dental office. It's true, the people are nice, but this was a ridiculous process to go through for basic dental work such as crowns and fillings. I am now preparing to go to another dentist to be evaluated and hopefully have the poor work adjusted. I do not recommend this dental office.

About smiles had me suffer for months, lied to me and charged me $ 6,400.00 for poor work that has all had to be redone because @Smiles would not correct the botched job. Very painful for junk ! After I paid in advance they left me hanging for months before dentures were finally delivered. Don’t waste your time or money here, and I like everyone Except her. I would say this dentist is my worst enemy.

If anyone received a bill saying it is 90 days old, call the office they will advise you that it was a billing glitch.

I would have to agree with the rest of the post below, the staff is amazing. This review is pretty much about the billing. With a dual ins plan, I like to know they everyone will get it correct. After speaking with someone in regards to a strange letter received, I feel 100% better knowing this issue will work itself out. It was not the office, it was the commercial ins battling over who was primary. Payment was never received, and the office was very patient in explaining everything to me and what is expected from the insurances. I rate them a 5 and appreciate all info while this is being resolved.

Not one of my favorite places to have to go to. But the people here are awesome. I needed to have my first crown put in. They made me feel as comfortable as possible. I even got to watch them design the crown on the computer and watch it getting made in house. I highly recommend coming here!

Best dentist visit I have ever had! All the employees were very friendly and explained everything in detail. There was no wait time, I was taken in for X-rays, got my cleaning and the Doctor came in and saw me with no wait time in between. I will definitely be going back and recommending them to others!!!!!!!!
