I actually followed my dental hygenist to Paramount Dental because I love her. She said Dr. Ngyuen was awesome and she was right!!! The most thouorgh and informative Dentist I've ever had. Everyone in the office is wonderful. Go see for yourself:)

Professional, friendly staff. I've never experienced such a thorough, initial exam as I did with this staff. They didn't just examine my teeth, they checked my entire mouth and associated muscles/joints. Even though it was a routine exam and cleaning, they talked me through each step, asking questions to ensure my understanding and respond to my feedback.

Dr. Nguyen is the best and her staff are excellent as well. Dr. Nguyen will not advise you to do unnecessary dental work just to earn extra money, unlike many offices I've been to. I actually enjoy coming to the dentist when I know I get to see Dr. Nguyen!

Incredibly disappointed! I gave 1 star just because of Dr. Tam Nguyen friendly staff... I came to Paramount dental to fix a few teeth. They took comprehensive oral evaluation, complete series of radiographic images and other staff that I didn't ask for. She gave me treatment plan even though I didn't ask her and estimated it for $8,028.00, so with my insurance I would pay $5,480.00. I came just for few fillings. That is it. So, next time I came to Dr. Nguyen and showed her assistant the tooth that I wanted to fix today. And without my permission she fixed two more teeth on the same side!! I realized it when I was paying. Hello? In the same day Beth gave me the cleaning, she was very nice but I wondered why she didn't polish my teeth as it was written on their website? When I came home I looked at what Dr. Nguyen has done and realize that she left some cavities! Unbelievable! So on my second visit I told her assistant if the Dr. Nguyen can check these teeth again. Also, I told her assistant what I actually want to be fixed (according on my budget). And assistant (I didn't see the Dr. at all this day) told me that Dr. Nguyen will do treatment just according on her treatment plan and if I don't like it they will stop my treatment right away! Hello, I came to fix few teeth, not to ask for her treatment plan and leave $6,000, it wasn't my plan. So if I don't agree with her treatment plan- there is a door. I'm so disappointed. This is not the way to treat patients! And it's so funny that Dr. Nguyen didn't show up! It's a HUGE SCAM!!!
