Love this office. My whole family goes there and no one ever had bad experience. They are polite, friendly, and honest, never got a feeling that they are in rush. I had a few emergencies during quarantine and they were able to treat me and my son . Highly recommended 👌

I have had nothing but problems with this office. First I was quoted a price that was almost double what my insurance said it should be. I called and mentioned the discrepancy and they then gave me the contracted price my insurance said it should Be. I was also told by two people I would receive $200 off as they were running a promotion, for my dental work. Then when I show up to have the work done, I am told that I cannot use this promotion and that my bill would now be $642.
When going with my daughter, I arrive early with our four kids, including my newborn, in the pouring rain to be told they had changed my appointment to a different day bc the dentist had to work at a different location on fridays bc they were short staffed. The kicker is they changed my appointment WITHOUT NOTIFYING ME!! I had to reschedule.
Then I come again with my second daughter to arrive in the parking lot two minutes before my appointment time. I unload all the kids and walk in five minutes late. They again said they called me bc I was five minutes late. I had no record of a phone call nor did my husband on his phone. We live almost thirty minutes away, so to make this trip and be told twice they canceled without notifying me is horrible customer service and public relations. I did not reschedule this time as I am NOT going back. If you want a place that quotes you one price and then charges you another or changes your appt time without notifying you, then this IS the dentist office for you.

If there is additional cost, they will always ask you if you accept it before they provide a service and charge.

Dr Dyke was amazing. He thoroughly explained the procedure (getting a new crown) and friendly throughout. Melissa the dental hygienist did an amazing job with all of my tarter build up. I actually had a phobia of the dentist prior to this appointment. Perfect staff. Would definitely recommend!

On September 23, 2016 I called Round Rock Dentists and asked the person who answered the phone if I can come in for x-ray and exam. The person told me that they close early on Fridays. When I told her I'm in so much toothache pain, she put me on hold and talked to, I believe, the doctor and let me come in without any appointment. As soon as I got there x-ray was taken and seen by doctor Dyke. He gave me prescription and did not charge me ANYTHING for the service I received. If he didn't see me on that day and gave me that medicine, I don't know how I would have made it through the weekend. I am so impressed by the care and professionalism of the stuff. I highly recommend this office for anyone who needs to see a dentist.

The worst experience I have got from this clinic! They charged me $2300 for single tooth extraction which isn’t a wisdom tooth or impacted tooth! Please don’t go to this clinic or they will rip you off! Never ever and the worst customer service experience as no one called me back after requesting the quote every time from them. Don’t go to this clinic or you will regret after seeing your bill from them.

This place will price gouge you. For my 10 y/o cleaning appointment, they billed insurance $307 with junk items that the insurance doesn't deem worthy. I don't understand their billed items. What is "Oral hygiene instructions" and why is it $95? Is that when they tell the kids to "brush your teeth!"?
In contrast my own visit to another dentist was $270 and 100% covered.
Ridiculous junk fees.

I called into the clinic and spoke with the Benefits coordinator named Amber. I simply received a billing detail late last night and thought I'd call in to understand what exactly the detail were about as there. I have 4 children who I have brought to the place plus two of them who received past orthodontist work. I've been coming for years and knew calling shouldn't be difficult. Amber answered and pulled up my son's name - one of the kids who received ortho work in the past as he was the latest family member who was seen there. She sated she couldn't find details. I tried to give her my name however she began to be rude , short , snippy and not listening. I asked her to please stop speaking over me and I could help her understand we are a big family and it may be under my name. I guess she felt defensive in me asking her to allow me a moment to speak and help and she HUNG UP IN MY FACE!! Of course I called back because I didn't receive an answer , just an inpatient member of staff. I received another young lady who was very patient and explained exactly where the billing detail came from. I advised her Amber hung up and she said she would advise her manager and she apologized. I decided to go else where for my cleanings since Amber will be here. I called back to ask about my records and Amber answered. I advised to her that I wanted to speak back with Emilia . She said she knows I was speaking to Emilia and that she will not tolerate me yelling at her. I laughed and said no I was not yelling and it is comical you'd say this to justify your impatience and reasoning for hanging up on a customer. Can I please speak with her. She denied me speaking with her an said she will have her call back. I never received the call back. I am not surprised. HORRIBLE STAFF member. HORRIBLE service. I hope this is not overlooked by someone claiming she hung up due to a false claim of a customer yelling!

Last time I was here a year ago I did not like how over priced they were and how they were forcing me to get stuff done on my teeth that I didn't need but anyways a year later and I have tooth pain again and I wanted to give this clinic a second chance. I went for my appointment and I needed a root canal, I found out my insurance termed and I had to pay Out of pocket. I was prescribed Tylenol/codeine for the pain. I did not like it so I called back again to get Ibuprofen instead because it works better with the pain and Dr. Dyke Brett or whatever his name is did not want to prescribe me Ibuprofen because he said "I need to come in and get that root canal done so the pain can go away." I told the front desk "No duh I know but I have no insurance and a root canal is over $500 and I work paycheck to paycheck, of course I am not going to have the money right then and i am not a freaking dentist that makes millions of patients." And then the receptionist stated that it is because of the DEA. The DEA??!!! I just want ibuprofen last time I checked that is NOT a narcotic. I swear I am done with these people and that damn dentist. DO NOT GO HERE.
