I have been going to Sam Bass Family Dentistry for a few years now and the care and service have been great. Dr. Govindarajan is Fantastic! The staff is just as courteous an efficient. Overall a great experience.

Dr Rupa took great care and fixed me up with a crown from an unexpected broken tooth! The office team is a great goop as well! Glad I have finally found a Dentist who's a keeper!

We love Dr. G! She is always professional and accomodating! She and her staff are always efficient and thorough. She is accommodating to all ages. We are so happy that she is our dentist.

Dr. G is wonderful. She tells you exactly what is going on, how to manage the situation and does not engage in trying to sell an unnecessary procedure. I wish we had started seeing her five years ago.

Dr Rupa it's fantastic to work with. She listens attentively to all concerns, spends time and is never rushed with any of her patients. Rare to find doctors that actually care about patients and not their time.

I gave them 2 stars because the staff and the dentist was friendly. If that was all that mattered I would have given them five stars. I went to this place to get my teeth cleaned and have a cavity filled. 2 years later I am paying another dentist to redo the work. After going to this practice I thought fillings were supposed to feel rough like concrete that didn't quite dry up correctly. When she (can't remember her name and it doesn't matter to me) put the fillings in, she gave me some shots to numb everything. But it didnt work. And when I told her I could still feel it she informed me that she has had children come in and not be as squeamish as I was. So I walked around for a few days with it feeling like there was an overhang of filling concrete on my teeth. I went back in after cutting my tounge on the overhang and she said she would file it down. I have a big fear of going to the dentist office and this place increased that 10 folds. While trying to file the overhang down she told me I needed to relax. I kept telling her it was hurting and she said it should be okay after she filed it down. Turns out that she didn't fill either of the teeth like she was supposed to. I went to Dr. Tejas Patel and received the news that both of my fillings had little pockets of space that was under the filling. That's what was causing me the pain. Long story Long...save yourself the trouble. Go find a practice that gets it right the first time.

Dr. G is great. Thorough, polite, very informative and great staff. Also important to me: none of the up-sell bull I've experienced from other dentists. Highly recommended.

We have been going to Dr G for years and my kids are actually excited to go to see her. She is wonderful with my special needs son.

I really like that Dr. G is such a caring and honest doctor. Her staff has been wonderful with helping to navigate insurance with options.
