I had dental surgery very recently. Turns out an infection led to bone loss and had to be grafted before they could fit an implant. Affordable Dentist chalked up a payment plan that made paying out the expensive treatment easier and fixed me up pretty nicely.

The receptionist told me 2 prescriptions would be called in for me. When I got to HEB on 19th St an hour after my appointment, there were no prescriptions called in for me, called the Dental Office and was told prescriptions would be called in, I went to HEB on 19th St and the HEB on wooded acres there were no prescriptions called in or faxed for me. Called the dental office again, was told they would be called in. Here it is 7:35 p.m.; still no prescriptions called in. This is very unacceptable, if you can't take 5 minutes to call in a prescription, than tell the customer, don't keep saying you are going to call in prescriptions. It would have been alot easier if the dentist wrote out the prescriptions,; at least I would know that they got filled after I dropped off at pharmacy.
