While the people in the office are friendly, it's no help when you can't book a cleaning for six to seven months out. I had to cancel my appointment three weeks in advanced and the next available time for the day I wanted was seven months away. My second choice in days was six months out. A friendly staff is no good when you can't see them more than half a year away.
