Dr. Presley and her staff are very professional and courteous. I know going to the dentist is like being excited to pay your taxes...Here, you are put to ease and Dr. Presley makes time to share exactly what needs to be done. Very disarming and comfortable, plus easy to get in to be seen that's not a corporate dentist clinic!

Staff is very friendly but doesn’t seem to really be very cognizant of the fact that people have to work. After having made my 1st appointment with them, I was told that lab work was based on a 24 hour time frame. Well that’s all fine and dandy right up until almost 30 hours later they call me at noon to ask me what time I can come back in. I say right now as I’m only 10 minutes away. Then I’m told they close until 1 for lunch and I can’t be seen until almost 2 pm. Ok, so that BS just cost me another day of PTO that I really didn’t have. I’ll never go back. Doesn’t really seem as though they are very good at dealing with insurance either, as I myself had to call my insurance and obtain the true explanation of my benefits. I think they were trying to get more money out of me. I went back in to receive my repaired appliance and Dr. Presley didn’t even acknowledge my existence. Although she knew that I was there, didn’t bother to say one word to me. I find this behavior to be very rude and unprofessional.

I had a wonderful experience at Watauga Family Dentistry. Dr. Presley and her staff were very thorough and made me feel right at home. Having had bad experiences with dentist offices in the past, this one was a delight!

I went there for a cleaning and instead got some x-rays and fillings done. I was told by Jackie that I would pay x amount of dollars, which I gladly did. Then several months later, I received a notice that I was over 30 days late on payment. I requested an invoice because I never received one. When I called to discuss it with Jackie she told me that in the fine print it states that if their estimated price is wrong I have to pay the difference. I told her that was pretty SHADY, but she argued that it happens all the time and it's not SHADY. I disagree and do not recommend them based solely on Jackie. The dentist was actually very nice and quite good. If in the future Jackie leaves I may reconsider.
