Dr Ratzlaff did an amazing job on my decayed molar extraction, numbing shots were nearly painless, she constantly checked to see if i had any discomfort during the procedure. The assistant/tech Tiffani was really nice and welcoming. the experience overall was enjoyable.

We have been patients of Dr. Burross and his lovely staff for years. When we were stationed out of state they were the bar that was set when visiting new dentist offices and no one came close. They are all lovely humans, inside and out. Dr. Burross knows all of us by name and has a genuine interest in the family but most of all he is good at what he does and doesn’t settle for anything less than perfection. Summer goes above and beyond!! As an adult in braces it’s sometimes comical but when there is a real problem after hours, Summer opened up her home for a quick clip of my wire that couldn’t wait. They all go above and beyond! I wear my “Art of Dentistry” shirt proudly!!
