Went in with my daughter for our 6 month check ups and had a great experience all around! Sandy has been my dental hygienist since I was young and love to see her with my little one. She is so patient and my little girl gets excited to go see Sandy and “Mr. Thirsty”.

The name means a lot. They treat me like family. When I need something looked at, I know it will be taken care of promptly.

This used to be my favorite dentist office ever. Until this crew they have now. Front office people and manager are horribly Rude. Not just to me but my whole family. I have already requested a change of dentist. Last visit will be them taking off my daughters braces. Final payment and we are out!! DO NOT recommend this place.

Was not sure I would be able to replace my dentist and staff in Houston. Boy was I incorrect! Bertha, Debbie and Linda greet one with a smile and caring matter. Sandy, the hygienist, makes my teeth shine. Kathy, dental assistant, is friendly and professional. And the there is Dr Finley. The man is the best! Dr Finley has gone beyond in helping with my father in law and my tooth implant/partial bridge. Thank you Dr Finley and staff for your caring and professional care.

This is the dentistry that I have grown up in. The staff is very nice and welcoming. Right when I walk in the door, they know me on a first name basis. "Hi Travis!". Not only have I had many dental cleanings, but I am going and a year and a half with braces, provided by the dentistry. This is a business that I would trust, and trust again.

Excellent staff, very clean office!! I have had anxiety before when going to other dentists offices and at Family Dentistry, everything was explained before it was done and was not rushed..I was treated like royalty! I will not go anywhere else but here for my dental needs!!

I greatly enjoyed my appointment with Family Dentistry. No one enjoys having dental work done, but everyone I interacted with was sweet and professional. I recieved quality care in their hands.

From checking in for my appointment to having my teeth cleaned by Sandy, my service was excellent! Dr. Pitts, is always very friendly as well.. The service is great!!

Dr. Pitts has a terrible bedside manner and refused to do dental work on me without taking his $330 anxiety pill (that is $10 without insurance, if you have a prescription). He got upset because I politely explained why I did not want to take it. He knew my husband had passed away 4 days prior to my appt and my dental insurance was cancelling in a few days and I was in pain, but he still cancelled my treatment for the day - 4 hours worth. Obviously, I could not find a dentist to take care of my needs before my insurance expired. He got irate and yelled when he left the room and even his assistant teared up for me and apologized repeatedly for him. I've heard many stories like this since that day and it's sad that anyone would be treated that way, especially a widow of a veteran who is now a single mother to a toddler, with no dental insurance and constant pain. Thank you, Dr. Pitts. You're a joke.
