New Concepts Dentistry

Jennifer is very skilled in her field. Today she was able to fit and re-attach my bridge after I had a root canal performed. The endodontist said that it would be a long shot and my dentist would have to be very skilled to make it happen. As a result of her efforts she saved me well over a thousand dollars. My family have been going to New Concepts Dentistry for years and we couldn't be more pleased. She has a patient for life.

I had a good experience getting my teeth clean today I really like going to new concepts dentistry with Jennifer as the dentist. She has been taking care of myself and my wife’s teeth for many years.

Needed a dentist on an emergency basis. My last dentist retired 2 years ago. Wendy got me right in. Dr. Wyson is incredible and got my mouth numb on first try, which is usually impossible. Whitney, the dental assistant, is hands down the best I ever have had. I will be a patient forever. Thanks for a great experience on what started out as a bad day.

Never disappointed! Amazing team of professionals that begins with Dr Wyson! Her expertise and personal consultation is second to none. My dental hygienist, Dannie, was fantastic and extremely knowledgeable and thorough. She was genuinely interested in my long term results.

Beautiful office space, very helpful office staff and the dentist and assistant were awesome! Would definitely recommend for someone needing a new dentist and dental office. Great experience!

I don't normally give negative reviews, and I try to always give the benefit of the doubt, but I have never been treated so unkind and have been shamed so horribly in my entire life. I had hyperemesis when I was pregnant which caused my gums to become extremely enflamed and I was in a lot of pain. I went here in December to get my gums checked out and cleaned because it had been a while since I had been able to go to the dentist. I always always brushed and took good care of my teeth as best as I knew how. They weren't very understanding the first time and made me feel bad about the quality of my teeth, but I tried not to take it too personal because it had been a long time since I had been to the dentist due to not having money or insurance. I went back for my follow up 6 months later after having my baby, and the same hygienist was talking to me and about my teeth, acting like I had the worst teeth ever, and the dentist came in and she started to raise her voice and shout at me, telling me that I had more cavities and that my teeth were going to fall out, and that my teeth were like those of a very old person. It took all I had not burst out into tears. I held my tongue, and quietly started to gather my things to leave and the dentist noticed that I was upset, tried to make it seem like nothing had happened and said, "I like your shirt, super cute ". 😒 As if she hadn't treated me like complete garbage and like I was disgusting, speaking so loudly about my mouth that I'm sure other patients heard everything. Since, there is an OVER POPULATION of dentists in Utah, and there is so much dental fraud, being so traumatized and afraid I was going to loose my teeth, I had to drive all of the way to Idaho Falls to find a dentist there who for life of him, couldn't figure out why in the world this lady would tell me that my teeth were going to fall out and belittle a patient like she did. My teeth were fine and were in great condition according to this other dentist. Thanks to Dr. Wyson, I have crippling anxiety about my teeth and an irrational fear that my teeth are going to fall out. The only saving grace "New Concepts " has is the receptionist Wendy, who is very kind and welcoming.

We moved to Bountiful nine years ago and needed a dentist. We have been a patient of Dr. Wyson since we moved here. We have had nothing but the best treatment and service these past nine years. Everyone that works in the office are friendly and professional. Thank you to all that work at New Concepts Dentistry.

Dr. Wyson's dental clinic is excellent with everyone professional and courteous. Her staff is well trained and do a great job.

This was a very positive experience for me! The staff went above and beyond in ensuring that my visit was a good one as I am hesitant in going to the dentist in the first place. Although, I've discovered that New Concepts Dentistry is consistent in treating every patient this way, and that is refreshing to experience In this negative finger pointing culture.
