We love Cobble Creek Dental! They are knowledgeable and trustworthy and use the most up to date dental practices. If there is a problem that they can’t handle, they refer it out instead of taking on more than they can handle. I had a tooth that they were worried about and they sent me to a endodontist. I was so relieved when the endodontist had the same opinion and was impressed they had sent me to a specialist instead of trying to do work the work themselves. I feel like I can trust their judgment. The staff are all so friendly and make you feel so comfortable. We drive 25 minutes to see them and it is so worth it!

Great office, especially the office staff and specifically Shelli.

I am writing this review because of an experience that required care with compassion. Every once in a while life does not go the way you want it and I had an emotional experience so strong I was in tears and shaking going into my scheduled appointment for a crown. This type of over whelming emotion in public has never happened to such an extent before in my lifetime. I was overwhelmed!

Each staff member I worked with did little things to try and comfort me during my treatment. The person giving me numbing medication keep talking in a calm and soothing voice. The billing was done with much more care than I am sure was normal. The dentist (Dr. Harris) took time to talk to me about what he could do in ways that can't be detailed here. The review is being made with my appreciation for a staff and dentist that went beyond professional requirements, which were great, and into personal curtesy to help comfort me.

I owe them for more than the bill and my experience today is full of gratitude. If medicine is the art of healing. it was certainly being practiced in this office.

With my sincere gratitude and with my life being much happier, thank you!

I love this dentist office. We come from West Jordan to go see Dr Wilkins (an hour drive that’s worth the extra miles). My kids aren’t scared of the dentist and even like going which makes me a happy mom! We have only ever had positive experiences here. I’m a customer for life.

Dr Harris is the only good thing about this office. I had an abscess tooth that i had been taking antibiotics for almost a month. I made an appointment to get in, and scheduled to have it pulled. They called and rescheduled on me on my way to the appointment 😡 i was very upset. The pain from this tooth already gotten so bad, and it took them over a week to get it done. By then my kidneys and liver started hurting from being on antibiotics that long, and emotionally and mentally it pushed me over the top. And they cared less. The dentist made some comment to me, and i wanted to shred him, but i just snarled i wanted it out a week ago! THEN get this, i get quoted to pay an amount, i ask if there’s a discount for cash, and the answer i get was 20% no insurance and 10% with. Because we all know you get charged a percentage to run a card. When i go to pay, they tell me there’s no discount?! So lies either way, and i run my card because yeah, I’ll make you pay that card charge ya filthy liars. I’m as upset as can be at this point, don’t want to go to my follow up, but i go. They talk me into a cleaning, which the gal that polished my teeth with fluoride didn’t even do the bottom inside, which the bottom is my problem area. The hygienist is very nice, tells me i take really good care of my teeth but they are porous...so thanks i paid extra to protect those, and got ripped off. So get done and they come up with more charges. A pulp test from before. At this point, I’m tired of all the surprises but angrily pay over $100 again. Now just recently i get another surprise bill?! For what?!?! I want to be DONE with you people. Quit trying to steal more money! I made sure to ask and pay in full. This office is unethical, and if you want to need therapy, then go here.

Katelyn was fantastic, really made my experience great.

Very impressed with this dental practice. If you're new to the area or just looking to find a new dentist it's hard to know who to trust. Dr. Harris took the time to meet with me and was one of the only dentists who actually recommended I stop in and make sure I'm comfortable with the practice before deciding to be a patient. I'd feel totally comfortable recommending Dr. Harris to my friends and family.

I had a lot of missing teeth and was scared to get anything done. I finally found Dr. Harris. I got implants which is the best thing in the world. I am so happy! He is my hero. I did cost shopping and the cost was better at Cobble Creek than other places I'd been. I would recommend Dr. Harris to anybody!

I learned my lesson, would not recommend them to anyone. Check out the other reviews, any low rating always has to do with how they bill and how they will tell you it's covered by your insurance, but then you find out it not. My opinion, they are after your $$ first, not customer satisfaction which is unfortunate. Their quotes are hugely inaccurate, they will tell you how much the treatment, let you pay for it and then bill you another large payment after. My opinion, very untrustworthy way of doing business. I would go somewhere else.. anywhere else. I'm going to have to go to the BBB to settle a bill that I got after supposedly paying in full for the service, then got billed over $700 later. HOW!? You told me I was paying for the entire service at the time of the appointment.

I have been going to this dentist for several years now. Staff is friendly and courteous. The doctors do a good job of explaining. I have had good experiences until today, Thursday January 30, 2020.

I went in a few weeks ago to take care of a small (very small) cavity on bottom right that had ZERO pain. The doctor says if you feel any pain call back and we will get it adjusted and take care of you. Great! The next day my tooth feels sensitive and is causing me pain when hot/cold touches it. I wait a few days to see if it will fix its self. It didn't. As anyone can see the drilling on the tooth caused the need for a root canal.

I go in and the doctor says it may need a root canal but lets try some desensitizer and adjusting the tooth. They don't charge me anything for this visit. Great! they are taking care of me. Before I go I ask the insurance lady. What if I do need a root Canal. Who's going to pay for it? She proceeds to tell me that since we aren't sure if it was the doctor's fault or just the tooth going bad that they will charge the insurance and wave my fee. Great!! until I call them up and told them that my tooth is still hurting and I need a root canal.

I get to the office and there dental plan says I will have to pay, wait for it....

$1,200 yup $1,200 AFTER insurance!! I tell the lady at the desk that what the insurance lady told me. after making wait 30 min the insurance lady comes out and completely back tracks on what she told me last week. She tells me that they will credit my portion of the cavity that I paid for. that was $77.

You guessed it, that means that because the doctor caused a root canal. I have to pay $1,100 for the doctor's mistake!!

I just wish that they would take care of there customers. I won't be going back there again.
