Dr. Steven Flick DMD

I have had amazing experiences with Dr. Flick. My whole family and I have been going to him for years. I can recommend his practice without any reservations. He has been a great blessing to my family and I send anyone I know who needs a dentist to him.

Dr. Flick has been our family dentist for 20 years. Though no visit to the dentist is what one plans for a pleasant outing, Dr. Flick has made each experience as pain free and informed as possible. He has explained what should be done for the best long term oral health and lets us decide how to proceed - sometimes less, sometimes more.
Dr. Flick has a great 'bed-side' manner. He and his staff create a family friendly environment...really helpful with children!

My family has been going to Dr. Flick for years, and I've recommended him to all my friends and family. He and his staff are very competent, friendly, and thorough! With so many dentists to choose from, I feel like we got lucky to find Dr. Flick!

Dr. Steven Flick has been our family dentist for nearly twenty years. We haven't had one single experience that wasn't excellent. His patients needs come first and he works with them to come up with a plan that works for them. The dental hygienists, assistance and the office staff are great. We always are welcomed and treated with the upmost courtesy. If you need a dentist - see Dr. Flick, you won't be sorry.

Seems like an okay office. The dentist, Steven Flick, seemed good too. However, if you go for a cleaning, you might get stuck with a sweet elderly lady and then you know you'll be screwed. My mouth is bleeding from the most painful dentistry work I had in my life and even after that I don't even have confidence that the cleaning was done properly. I'd feel like an idiot recommending this place for a cleaning.

It's always a good experience at The Dental Edge. This is why even though I've moved, I still keep coming back. I know I'll be greeted by Christy and she'll thoroughly answer any questions I have about insurance or payment. Dr. Flick is fantastic. These guys are the best, the entire staff.

My first appointment was just for cleaning, and the hygienist seemed a little under-trained. Digital x/rays a plus. The office receptionist was helpful.

Next appointment for a filling/sealants went well, I had to wait 15 min, but Dr. Flick was kind and knowledgeable. However, I could not bite down fully, and told him before I left, but he sent me on my way.

Upon regaining sensation, I realized that he drilled one of the grooves and just forgot about it, and never filled it. I suppose it's a small mistake, but that's not the kind of precision I want in a dentist.

I asked to come in and have him fix it, but the receptionist was not flexible to schedule a 10 minute procedure nearer than a week out.

Overall, okay.

I have recommended the this office to all of my family and friends as my previous experiences here have been very positive. I finally thought I had found an office that really wanted to work with their patients and were all around just an exceptional office to work with. This week I was very frustrated as I have had many calls from The Dental Edge to schedule a cleaning the Kar few months, but have been able to because of conflicting schedules, so I finally got an appointment scheduled and the scheduling worked out! I was so thrilled to get in before the end of the year, but then after finally confirming the appointment, the receptionist called back to inform they wouldn't be in the office at the earlier time I was scheduled for. So now the appointment has been moved back several weeks because they are closing for the holiday (understandably so). I just feel like the office should take responsibility for their error in scheduling a patient instead of moving the schedule around again because they won't be there as early as the receptionist scheduled me. I completely understand mistakes are made, but just felt frustrated and I felt like I was putting the office out for having an incorrectly scheduled appointment from their end. Other than that, this office has been great to work with and I will stil reccomend then to friends and family, but just double and triple check the scheduling is correct.

I have been visiting Dr. Flick's office for a few years and have always had a good experience. He and the staff really care about their patients and do their best to keep them comfortable. I also appreciate Dr. Flick's approach to treatment of tooth pain. He does not rush to perform procedures that may not be necessary. This is a big plus for a single mom on a budget. I have no reservations about recommending Dr. Flick to everyone, and I often do!
