I liked the movie on the ceiling while they were working on me, but the headphones were kind of uncomfortable on my ears - hard cushions or something like that. Also the TV was really dark until it was someway adjusted. But even then, it was not a great picture. I think the dental work was as fine as I would expect and Dr. Nielsen and KayDee were wonderful. Keep up the great work, but do something nice for the TV. Thanks

I love that they are always willing to work you in when you have an emergency. I just wish they would train their assistants better and not leave finishing up a tooth to the assistant. The work is sloppy and rough. I have had to go into the restroom the last two times to rinse my mouth because they don't know how to do a proper rinse.

I like my teeth cleaned THOROUGHLY! I told Kalani, my dental hygienist who works with me - exactly where I could feel plaque. He confirmed there was plaque there and used a serious rotating head to clean it off! I’m so glad to have perfectly clean teeth now!!!

Best dentist ever! The dental hygienists are amazing as well and always remember things about my life even at my next cleaning 6 months later. I also love the free laughing gas. It makes dental work a lot better plus the tv screens on the ceiling are a nice distraction as well.

This place is a good place to get your dental work done. They are very friendly. They have an awesome waiting room.and they let watch movies while they operate on your teeth. The surgeries are good and post treatment does not hurt too much.

Stonehaven was recommended to me by a friend and I'm so glad she did! The location in Provo is so nice for college kids cause we can walk to the office if we don't have a car! I also appreciated how they let me watch a movie while I had my filings done. It took a lot of my anxiety away!
My best experience with them was when I got a flake or something stuck under my gum in the front. I played it up so big in my head and was sure they'd have to cut my gum away to get it and I was so scared! Not to mention, I hated the idea of having to pay for that pain. But I called and explained what I needed done, got an appointment for the next day, went in, and five minutes later I was walking out, flake free! The sweet dentist assistant (or whatever their actual title is) was so nice to me and calmed my fears right away. She was gentle getting the flake out with just a normal cleaning tool, and sent me on my way without me having to pay anything!

I have had nothing but a positive experience here At Stonehaven though!!
I came in with severe tooth pain and issues. Immediately we took care of the cavities and root canals. we then worked our way through gum care and eventually landed on Invisalign through consultation with both . Both Dr. Moody and Dr. Nielsen. I have just completed my Invisalign treatment and could not be happier. no more pain and i have a smile again. throughout the whole process Dr. Nielsen and his staff took great care of me. they answered all my questions and listened to all my concerns and worries. They reassured me and treated my with great compassion. When there was an issue with billing, we worked together to correct the issue and contact the insurance to make sure they had everything they needed. a small insurance issue resolved with teamwork and great effort on their part.. Every time I went in I was greeted by name and a smile. I feel like part of their family. My wife and kids go here now and my wife is also an Invisalign club member.
