They were all really kind. The woman who cleaned my teeth was really sweet and personable. She is also the only dentist I've visited who was gentle while cleaning my teeth. She was careful not to hit my gums and make them bleed.

You will never find a nicer group of people than the dentists, hygienists and staff at Springville Dentistry. I have been a patient of Dr. Francis for twenty years and he is a great dentist and a very caring man. He never forgets your name or your details about your life or stories shared. I don't like going to the dentist but they make it like a visit to friends. I've worked with all of them and there's just a great chemistry there. They are great working with patients with anxiety or pain intolerance. I would never switch dentists. They're all like part of my family yet they're professional.

They get you back quickly but It does however take the dentists a little time to get to you. The appointments don’t usually last too long, so that’s nice.

They’re staff is friendly and welcoming… this includes doctors, techs and the front desk ladies! They’re very prompt and their office is super clean. I was impressed. I had a good first time patient experience.

Dr. Ream did a great job! He was really friendly and took the time to get to know me and listened to my concerns. He was super thorough in making sure my bite felt right after completing my filling. I’m very impressed with him and will definitely be back!

All the staff are very friendly and accommodating. I had to bring my baby with me to my appt and they gave her a little toy to keep her entertained. My 5 year old goes here, too, and they are great with young patients. The hygienists and dentists are all friendly and knowledgeable.

Every single person that I came in contact with from the lovely ladies on the front desk to my sweetheart dental hygienist were so accommodating and helpful and so willing to answer all my questions. Dr. Marshall explained every single detail of my procedure exactly what was happening and what was going to happen. During the whole procedure, I was continuing asked if I was ok. When he was done, carefully explained to me my prescriptions and what to expect. If I should have any problems at all to reach out to them. Most definitely will recommend this dental office wholeheartedly.
