I am somewhat of a nightmare patient You know the one I mean. I'm the guy who shows up every three or four years to get work done. The problem with this method is that by the time I show up there are several issues to deal with all at once.
I spent six hours in Dr. Wilhelmsen's chair this time around. All of the staff were so kind and professional with me that I didn't realize it had been most of the day when I was finally finished. Even though they had been short two people that day, they simply worked as fast as they could and never faltered in sharing a smile or a kind word for me.
