I'm a long-time patient and I'm always happy with the service and atmosphere at Dr. Palm's office. I wasn't sure what to expect from dental care during COVID-19 and I was a little bit nervous. I live with a high-risk person and we've been very cautious for seven months. I almost cancelled my appointment out of an abundance of caution. Good thing I didn't. The protocols in place at CDG are exceptional. From call-in check-ins to aerosol vacuums in place during cleaning, I felt safe and cared for during my visit, just like always.

Had my new patient consult yesterday, the staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. I think I made the right choice for my new dentist :)

I love this office and the amazing staff. I had a friend reccomend them when I first moved to VT and have been extremely happy she did. The staff and doctors are always friendly, kind, full of smiles and wonderful to work with. They work with patients too in order to help when something unexpected comes up. This last visit was due to a crown popping off over the weekend and they got me in Monday so I didn't have to wait with the discomfort. I highly recommend the practice and will be sad to not have them anymore when I move.

I have a chipped tooth, that is causing me daily pain. I scheduled an appointment with Jolene back in march for today, may 25th to get it checked out. I called today to confirm my appointment, to find out she scheduled me for the wrong year. Jolene tried to blame someone else, and her system for the error. She offered to schedule me an appointment another month out. I told her i have a chipped tooth that is causing me pain... i need to get this taken care of right away. She insisted that that was the soonest they could see me. I scheduled the appointment, but called aspen dental right away and told them my situation. I was shocked at the difference in professionalism. He apologized for my pain, and scheduled me an appointment tomorrow morning at 8 am. It was my pleasure to call and cancel the appointment with Colchester Dental Group!

I’ve been a customer there almost 30 years. I consider it not only a dentist practice but a place full of friends. Great people, Dr. Palm is hilarious but serious about his business. I would recommend them to anybody seeking excellent dental care. They’re so good that when I moved to St. Albans from South Burlington six years ago, I continue to drive the 30 miles when I need dental care.

I'm pretty upset. I paid just under $500 to get teeth whitening in-office, thinking its safer and I'll be in the best hands at the office than any alternatives. I got a pretty bad chemical burn, the dentist said that its very common and that my gum tissue will recover. Its been 2 weeks, my gum line receded, it didn't grow back, and my gums are slightly uneven. What upsets me the most is that they didnt follow up with me after I left. I had to call them a week later and expressed my concerns again. The same dentist was nice enough to return my call but he again explained its very common, and that tissue should grow back in 2 weeks, and if I'd like I can come to the office if I want... During the call the dr agreed that it could've been human error, but I want to be clear-the girl doing my application was kind and attentive, and she called the dr when I told her I was experiencing pain, so even if it was human error, shouldnt it have been corrected by the dentist at that time, before the chemical burn got worse? Look, I understand that teeth whitening is an elective procedure, and I get that my side effects are minor in the dentists eyes, but these are my teeth, my confidence. I was never warned that what happened was even a remote possibility prior to treatment, I thought it was safe. I feel self conscious and I wish I had known the risks associated with teeth whitening. So learn from my experience, maybe don't get it done here, and stick to over the counter stuff.

It was a great experience as always. Dr Palm and the entire staff is fantastic.
Hate to say it but I do enjoy going to this dentist.

Ivy (dental hygienist) was so gentle and kind! The dentist was great and personable. This place is great.

I had a fantastic experience at Colchester Dental with Dr. Palm. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful, and Dr. Palm did an excellent job of fully explaining the overall health of my teeth and the root causes of any problems that he saw. The staff, together with Dr. Palm, helped me come up with a plan to have several more expensive dental procedures completed, with the staff and Dr. Palm helping me to understand which procedures I should prioritize to benefit my long term dental health given my financial constraints as a student.

This place doesn't even deserve one star. New owners only care about money and have dropped all state insurance citizens after years the previous owner had no issues helping state aided citizens, got a phone call today telling me their new owners were dropping me because I'm on state insurance after years of being a patient. It's all about money so I'd be careful this raises a lot of concern in their ability to help their patients since they don't care about you unless your rich. This is sickening. Corporate and insurance greed. 🤮🤮🤮
