Dr. Fairfax & Associates Family Dentistry

Dr. Fairfax and her staff are amazing. They make you feel welcome from the moment you contact them. Dr. Fairfax is so gentle, very attentive and an excellent dentist. They care about you and your dental hygiene. Whether you have a problem to resolve or it's a routine cleaning, you will leave with an awesome smile!

While I have no complaints against Dr. Fairfax and hygienists, their billing practice is questionable. This is the first time we received a bill from a dentist after semi-annual check up and cleaning. Preventive care is covered by our dental insurance (that’s the point of having a dental insurance) but this office performs additional service not covered by insurance during the cleaning visit and bills you later. We would have never chosen to do something not covered by insurance for preventive care. When I called to ask about it, their justification is that we signed the standard paperwork that we would pay for services not covered by insurance, and that the hygienist has supposedly told us that this service may or may not be covered by insurance (it’s a statement, not a question). We are definitely not going back and I do not recommend this practice.

NOTE: the address that may show up in your GPS may take you past the Circle Towers on Lee Highway. If you aren't sure, call the office (like I had to do) and ask for the exact location.

This was my first visit to this office. It's probably one of the most thorough analysis of my teeth I've had (I'm a regular 6-8 per visit to the dentist type of person.... though this year, I've slacked off, until now).

When I made my appointment on the phone, I was emailed paperwork to fill out before I arrived (YAY, for efficiency)! I asked about insurance and was given options for payment (what they offered, what network they are in with insurance providers, etc.).

I arrived on time. Amy was super nice and gentle with my teeth. She did all of the measurements, took pictures, explained what they saw (on the screen) with me, gave options, etc.

After Amy's analysis, Dr. Fairfax came in and further explained next steps and did her analysis of my mouth and teeth.

The entire staff was very nice. The office was well-laid out and clean. It was a very good visit.

Dr. Fairfax and her staff provide great care. When work is necessary, treatment options are always presented and explained thoroughly. Most of us don't love going to the dentist, but visiting Dr. Fairfax's office is as good as it gets!

Dr. Fairfax and entire office staff were very conscientious about protecting me against the virus. They have established a protocol that begins at the entrance with hand sanitizing, temp taking, questioning about possible contact with Covid patients, all wore masks and cleaned office surfaces. I felt very safe.

I highly recommend Dr. Fairfax and her team, she is truly an amazing dentist! has a great hand, she will work with you on any concerns you may have, will teach you new ways of taking care of your teeth, she is the BEST doctor my whole family and I have ever been to. My kids love going to see her, the dentist appointment is no longer a scary visit for any of us! Erin the dental hygienist is great, and so are David, Caroline and the whole team! - If you need anything related to insurance the office manager Kevin will help answer all your questions!
Finding a good dentist can be very hard.. because you dont really know until you have been there. Take my word for it, I promise you will thank me later! :) good luck and thank you Doc Fairfax, you have given me the most beautiful smile, and I can't be more proud and brag about your skills!

A visit to the dentist can be a traumatic experience, but not wit Dr. Fairfax. As always, you are treated like you are the most important patient of the day. Very thorough examination and explanation of required/recommended services.

Dr. Fairfax is an amazing dentist! She is kind, professional, and really great with children who may be overwhelmed by office visits. I feel that she sincerly cares about the well being of her paitent's health care overall. I also love how she takes the medical terminology and breaks it down to plain language so you can know exactly what is going on with your dental hygeien.

The staff provide top notch service and they are always willing to help strategize a plan that encourages you to make better decisions with dental care at home.

Always a thorough and professional visit. The staff is always polite and willing to answer any questions. I there is an issue the explanation of next steps and options are always provided. A great team....Most of all Dr. Fairfax is the greatest.

I have nothing but good things to say about Dr. Fairfax Office. It is an office with friendly and competent staff, receptionist, office manager, assistant, and Dr. Fairfax; they will always greet you with a smile. I'm currently going there for my braces, and I unquestionably recommend Dr. Fairfax.
