I went to the Powhatan location years ago for the removal of my wisdom teeth. I moved and did not know they had changed their name. After going to 3 other dentist and very dissatisfied, I did a Google search and found this office, which is so close to me. The staff is so nice from the front to the back. I am a big baby, I cry, I work myself up, everything, but they were great and made me feel comfortable. I will be returning, now that I know the new name!!

I'm a new patient(over 50), and rather nervous about going to see a Dentist, mostly because of some mishaps in the past, and because previous Dentists offered me no hope with my dental challenges. The staff and the Dentist (Branden) made every effort to make me feel at ease, and more importantly gave me hope to resolve my dental challenges.

As much as I can enjoy going to the dentist, I had a positive experience. The cleaning did not bother me as much as it has in the past and I felt that all professionals I encountered had a great deal of experience and knowledge.

Most of the experience was good however, when the dental assistant was taking my x-rays, she was hurrying, and not taking the time to make sure everything felt okay. A few times, the mouth pieces were jabbing the inside of my gums, and at one point, one of them fell out because I just couldn't take the pain! I'm not sure why the mouth pieces are so large, and they don't seem to fit into your mouth properly. My husband was next door to me, and he said his mouth pieces were very large, and were also jabbing into his gums. We will come back, but next time we have x-rays, I'll be sure to let them know that they need to go a little slower, and to be more gentle. I like the Dr, I think her name was Kate, she was very nice!

Terrible..front ladies good. Spend $40 co pay and insurance payment of $180 for a simple extraction. DDS was ok, but according to the Ms. Holly, she would have to charge my insurance company. SMH..Such disappointing need with healthcare.
