It was my first time to visit the River Run Dental Spa on Shrader Road and it was exactly described by our daughter, Nicole, and my spouse, Laurie. I liked the friendly feelings, the uniforms, the Spa services, food and drinks, and I really liked and can trust my Hygienist - Lizze and my Dental Doctor - Dr. Emily Sinclair.

So I can say that this is the second dentist that I have seen in 33 years. Not because I don't go. I have been going to the same dentist office since I was 5. I moved away and found it difficult to find a decent dentist I trust. Knowing that I needed one I made it my quest to find the best.
I think that I am in a perfect position with River Run. They are close to my work bonus, they do early morning and late afternoon appointments. And were so friendly. Kim is a gem! With 25 years of experience I felt comfy and relaxed. She talked me through everything she was doing.
I felt like one of the family on my very first visit. They were on time and showed me around the office. I hope you wil give them a chance !

Great first experience. As someone who has a HUGE fear of the dentist, I really appreciated that the staff took time to give me a tour of the practice and explained everything to me. They made sure I felt comfortable the entire time. It also surprised me that they had a "comfort menu" full of different options to make the visit more comfortable. I'm really happy I gave them a chance. And Dr Sinclair is really nice! The hygienist Kate was also amazing. Both made an effort to help me stay calm and feel relaxed. It's possible to say I think I'm excited for my next visit...

River Run Dental was the best experience I've had in soooo long. It's like a spa,but for dentistry. I have never felt so welcomed, so comfortable and at ease. Wow! From the time you walk in, you experience exceptional customer service. Everyone is very nice and gracious. We have a family of six and all of our appointments started on time. All of us had a great and very thorough hygienist. The dentist is very easy to talk with and takes time to explain everything to each of us. Even my eight year old said he loves it and wants to come back. Thank you for your great customer service. We have definitely found our new dentist!

I sadly had to switch my dentist after being with my previous for 26 years. The staff at river run dental made me feel comfortable and were extremely welcoming. Everyone greets you with a smile and they are very informative in dental health. I especially liked that they explained everything they were doing in detail and why they did each step. As much as I love my old dentist, I think I am going to feel right at home at River Run Dental.
