I called with an emergent issue as a new patient at 8:30 after a holiday weekend and was seen at 10:15. My problem was diagnosed and a treatment plan was put into place. The staff was incredibly kind and efficient in helping me to get in and everything set up with insurance. Dr. Brester was really great at helping me see exactly what was causing the problem with my tooth, communicating with me the options for treatment and developing a strategy going forward.
