The staff were very friendly, but informed me my insurance did not cover a procedure I have since found is and was covered. Hopefully it was an honest mistake, but considering the other negative reviews, I will not be returning. I would also suggest patients of this practice to double check whether information given to you about medical costs and alleged non-covered procedures is in fact accurate.

I went in to see Kenneth Collins and had one of the best dentist visits of my life. They worked with me in a smooth and easy fashion and I was able to get my cavity filled within an 1 hr. and a half after I walked in the door. The staff were all very nice and I appreciate how much they informed me about what would be the best solution to my problem. Although I did not have insurance, they were able to set me up with a great payment opportunity and plan. Thanks again Collins Family Dentistry for your amazing work! :)

I wish I had read the reviews before I went here, I'm seeing many others have had the same issue I am having. At the time of service they were polite and nothing really stood out. I had a root canal & crown done. Fast forward 3-4 years and that was a huge mistake. The root canal was poorly done and has gotten infected, if you don't know what this feels like, I hope you never have to find out. It's the most EXCRUCIATUNG pain. I had to call my family dentist while he and his family were on vacation to see me ASAP because the pain was unbearable. After looking at x- rays, my dentist sent me to an endodontist immediately. Both Offices agreed the previous work was done very poorly, they were hesitant to start work immediately because they weren't sure how/why Collins Family Dental had completed the procedure the way they did. They thought it made no sense and suggested Cleaning out everything previously done, and starting from scratch. They mentioned root canals done properly should last 15+ years, mines lasted 4 at best. Not to mention I am paying to have all the work RE-DONE. We also found gaps between my tooth and the crown, so I am having to have the crown completely re-done as well. Save yourself the time, money, and pain. If Collins family dental services were free, I still wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

My insurance was not accepted so I had to pay out-of-pocket for a very painful toothache. Dentist tryed to up sell me, after I told him I could not afford an expensive procedure. When I decided to go to another dentist that would except my insurance. I was handed a over priced bill for a xray. The son was rude and could brush up on people skills. Also said he couldn't help with any typ of pain management untill my Thursday apt. Even thoe I was in visible pain. bad experience all the way around. Would not recommend for anyone who's paying out pocket. Treated like a second class citizen and over priced

They keep messing up my boyfriends teeth. First when they numbed him they nicked a nerve and mad half his tounge numb for 6 months, and then gave him a root canal and we had complications, and messed up while giving him a filling as well.

Dr. Chris Collins is the best dentist I have seen and I have seen many. My sister, son,daughter-in-law and grandkids all agree. We have seen him for the basic fillings and cleanings as well as abstractions, root canals, crowns, orthodontia, and implants - all successful and done with expertise and gentleness.
