I booked an appointment for cleaning at dental comfort but the staff there were clueless what I was there for.. was until I asked the dental assistant when they gonna start the procedure and her response was even shaking to her .. she thought I was there for a simple exam … of course I was informed of that after x-ray exam and a long hour waiting for someone to informed me what was happening..I got out of there very disappointed..( without a cleaning ) their excuses for making me wait so long and for being clueless of what I was scheduled for were definitely very unprofessional, even pointless to write that here.. Lesson learned tho, (Never again with dental comfort)

CANNOT WRITE PRESCRIPTIONS FOR ANYONE WITH STATE HEALTH INSURANCE. absolutely fantastic otherwise. Extremely upset that I can no longer see them due to the above issue. I am in so much pain right now because I didn't have that information, though, and I can't risk something going wrong during a visit again and being stuck in misery because of it.
