We have been with Division St Dental for many years. If you are looking for a Dental practice that cares about providing professional dental care while promoting a family feel environment, Division St Dental is for you! Two of our children are studying overseas and when ever they come home for a visit the first thing they ask of me, is to make an appointment to have their teeth checked with Dr Otterholt! From the minute you walk in the door to the minute you walk out you feel valued, listened to and most of all, cared for. Your teeth are so important to your overall health so I want only the best care for all my family and Division St Dental is it. Thank you to all the staff for taking such great care of me and all my family all these years!

Undoubtedly five stars. Dr. Heron’s work is stellar. She, the doctors Otterholt, and the staff are friendly, warm and helpful. I absolutely recommend Division Street Dental. New review 6/4/20. Everything I said before, in spades! Easy 5 stars. Would rate 10 out of 10.

If I could select 6/5 stars, I would! Amazing! Dr. Heron is an amazing dentist who strongly values patient care. I had not been to the dentist in a few years, so I was pretty nervous when I had my first appt. After thoroughly examining my teeth and x-rays, she gave a thorough explanation of the things she saw and a plan she’d like to move forward with. I appreciated how kind she was and how she gave many options to fix the issues I had - not pressuring me to fix quickly if I didn’t want to.

At my 3rd appt, after my cleaning, I had 3 cavities filled. The drill sound really makes me nervous and I unfortunately had forgotten headphones. Dr. Heron put me at complete ease. She explained each step before performing it and I felt no pain at all. She consistently checked in to make sure I was doing okay and did a great job calming my nerves.

Aside from Dr. Heron, their office staff and hygienists/assistants are so wonderful as well!! Always so kind, welcoming, and they remember who I am as we make conversation. This is the first dental office I’ve actually enjoyed! Thank you Division Dental for being amazing at what you do!

Everyone who works here gives personalized and attentive care. They do high quality work and take pride in making you comfortable and keeping your teeth healthy. I would highly recommend this team of dentists.

I just had the most enjoyable dental visit of my life at this office. Both Dr Heron and the hygienist were so friendly, cracking jokes and explaining everything they did during the appointment. I have been a patient of Dr. Dana Otterholt's for over 35 years, and have always had a positive experience. He takes extra steps to be personable and to make me feel comfortable during my visit. I trust him with my dental care as he's very gentle, but thorough.
His staff has remained very consistent throughout the years and they are always very helpful and friendly. I've never had any issues with billing, insurance authorizations, or scheduling appointments.
Dr. Otterholt also has the best magazines in town (although I never get to look at them because there's rarely ever a wait)!

The most caring and compassionate staff led by a dentist with the best technique I have ever experienced, Kjersten Heron. I have recommended them to friends with severe anxiety toward having dental work done and they have given rave reviews as well.

Dr. O and her team are the best I’ve ever encountered. Ive been with her since moving to WA and am so pleased. All of my questions are answered with current information and I’m the type that ‘needs to know’. Her manner with patients is compassionate but professional, the services are always thorough and she and her team really care about your welfare. I would recommend to anyone asking.
