Kristin cleaned my teeth and is always so gentle and understanding of my fear of the process. I need a new crown and will be happy to have my old crown (different dentist installed) replaced by the high tech equipment that Dr. Frost uses to ensure a proper fit!

I had broken a tooth and needed a crown. I came in and was greeted with a friendly smile (at least I think it was a smile behind the mask). I was taken promptly and the procedure in fitting a temporary crown took 30 minutes less than was originally planned. All was done was done in a caring manner. I have come to this office for the last 25 years and both Drs Frost are great!

A very nice team, but as it turns out I got a service I didn't request, or wasn't asked about. A service that wasn't covered by my insurance.
I would have refused the service if I had the chance to validate the coverage of this service before I received it.
Had some lengthy discussions with them, but they wouldn't back down, stating they do what's best for the patient.
I asked if they would have pulled all of my teeth without asking if they thought that was the best thing for me.
