Please stay away from this clinic. They are completely unethical. Mentioned to me that they are under Delta Dental's network , took my insurance details and reconfirmed. I had to pay a hefty out of pocket for my root-canal process. After a month or so the insurance sent me a letter that the provider is out of network. I have never seen any medical provider blatantly lying . When I called their office, they mentioned " apologies for this , but you have to pay your dues". I am planning to take this to the consumer protection body. Please stay away from this unethical clinic.

What a scam!!! Don't go here. Told needed an implant for $5400. Put down $700. Decided to get second opinion and all needed was a crown! Now getting run around of 3 months trying to get my deposit back. Excuses and lies. Going to involve attorney now. Don't trust these frauds!!

Worst experience I’ve ever had at a dentist.
I booked for a routine cleaning/exam ~ I was clear with the receptionist that it’s hard for me to make time to come to appointments because I have an infant to look after, so wanted to make sure that I could get my cleaning done when I book an appointment. She reassured me she would book in enough time for me to get my teeth cleaned.
I come in for my appointment on time, they do the X-rays, then the hygienist tells me the dentist will come in to go over the X-rays with me (Dr. Khazali)
I thought this was a bit weird cause every other time I have gotten my teeth cleaned the dentist would go over my teeth AFTER the cleaning, not before. I asked the hygienist again if I was going to have my teeth actually cleaned and she said yes of course... when Dr. Khazali went through my gum check~it was like he was explaining to the hygienist how to write the numbers and where the entire time as if she wasn’t properly trained already. This wouldn’t have bothered me if it wasn’t so time consuming. It took the longest I’ve ever experienced for this entire process, of going over the X-ray and gum check, etc. then after he was done the exam, he walked out out and the receptionist came in ~ to go over prices of the recommended treatments for me on the computer screen before I had even gotten anything done which I found extreme awkward and weird (like others have mentioned in reviews). The whole process was really awkward and not professional... especially because the receptionist was chewing gum loudly at the same time. They tried upselling me to a cleaning that isn’t covered by my insurance and would cost me $500 out of pocket. Then after she went over numbers, that was it... they were closing up shop and after hours of being there I left having gotten only X-rays done, no cleaning ever happened! I was honestly shocked and confused... I had never experienced anything like this ever before anywhere else.
On top of this sad experience, I kept getting emails afterward telling me to book my tooth extraction (the dentist had not ever mentioned during the exam that I needed a tooth extracted) which was incredibly confusing and alarming.
Overall I wish I had gone to a different dentist in the first place. Maybe some of the other Dentists that work at this practice are more efficient but this experience made me not ever want to return for any work done. If I book and set aside time for a cleaning or for any appointment I expect to have what I booked done.
That’s the whole purpose of making a booking in advance
The only reason I’m giving them a 2/5 instead of 1/5 stars is because Dr.Khazali was kind & fairly friendly.
