Dentist Downtown Seattle

Wonderful staff. Very professional, fast, and caring. Quickest fillings I've ever had done. The doctor was also really great at making the numbing shots as painless as possible. I was very happy with my experience at my first cleaning there last month. I'm definitely going to continue to be seen here.

The best dental cleaning experience I've ever had. They are very transparent about the costs up front so there are no surprises usually. Jessica is amazing with follow ups, she always brings a vibrant energy. Thank you for offering great services to Seattle residents.

DO NOT GO HERE. I had a filling replaced at this office because the dentist recommended saying it was “old”. I had no issue with the filling before but thought it was an easy operation to change it out. BIGGEST MISTAKE EVER. The dentist damaged my nerve and I was in excruciating pain for 2 months. I even went back into the office due to the pain but the dentist wasn’t able to relieve the pain and I was sent back home. Because the pain kept getting worse, I went to a different dentist in Seattle, who confirmed that my nerve was damaged due to the filling job, and I ended up having to get a root canal (paid out of pocket) and remove the nerve that was damaged at this office. The dentist did not want to admit her fault and said she’d finish the root canal (that the other office had already started) at a cost for $800. I shared my experience to my coworkers at Amazon and multiple people replied to me that they had terrible experiences at this office and needed to go somewhere else. Please do not be fooled by the positive reviews (as I was too!) and go to other dentist offices nearby.

This practice is very central and accessible in the downtown area of Seattle and is operated with professionalism and efficiency (and much larger is space and staff than visible from the street view). The hygienists and dental assistants use modern equipment and are exceptional at the technical and soft skills of patient care. Dr Sauvage is an exceptional dentist- kind, calm, skilled, and effective in her communications and procedures she has performed on me. I am impressed by the integration of science and technology with the art and psychology that all dental professionals should possess. I will remain a loyal patient of this practice.

Dr. Sauvage has been my dentist for two years now, and I will continue on with her even though I live 40 minutes away! She is extremely sweet and has done a fabulous job on all of my dental work. John, my dental assistant, is hands down the coolest guy and made me feel super comfortable since day one, so I always make sure I get him! Kayla is my hygienist and it’s so easy to chat with her even when she’s all up in my mouth and I can’t talk back lol. The whole staff has just been super amazing and the place is beautiful!

Every one of the staff that I encountered has been wonderful. Had mystery tooth pain around Christmas time. I left them a message via their website on Christmas, got a call back the next day, and was scheduled for an appointment the next day. My pain was identified (a very deep cavity) and they were able to work in a root canal (my first, and not painful at all) around my schedule. They also worked with my insurance, to make sure I could get the most out of my coverage. Would highly recommend for anyone new to town, looking for a dentist.

EDIT: I've gone over what my insurance will cover, and have a balance with them. I don't get invoices or statements on a regular basis, *but* I do get phone calls asking for payment monthly. I didn't get a statement for over a month, made it my business to go to the office and make a payment, and now I'm the one being threatened with collections. It's not my job to set up a payment plan, nor is it my responsibility to send out the proper paperwork to receive payment. The person who calls me has an accusatory tone in their voice, like it's my fault I'm not being billed and wasn't set up on a payment plan to begin with.

Great and professional staff! I appreciate how they itemize every procedure upfront so you know exactly how much you’ll be paying with your insurance accounted for. Also they had and emergency and needed to move my appointment back a little (which was no problem) and they gave me a gift card for doing so which was really nice of them. Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a new dentist!

The Dental assistant was very good at taking the x-rays and cleaning my mouth. She makes you feel comfortable and the building is very nice and clean. All the staff was great and the Dentist was so knowledgeable and quickly knew what I need for the issues I had with my root canal infection. Definitely go to their website, and email or call. They can look into your insurance and get back to you real quickly.
