The no-fuss efficiency and quiet competence took care of my acute dental problem (severe tooth pain) with minimal wait time, despite the fact that I was not a prior patient of the pratice and I showed up with no appointment. My day-of-visit rating would have been 5-stars and my only slight nit-picking complaint was the lack of a return call when I tried to make a follow-up appointment. I had to go to the office to talk to someone to make that appointment.

I'm always treated professionally on a very cordial environment. They always care for my dental needs quickly and completely, and are skilled in the newest techniques. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I finally found dentists I trust! Both Dr. Jacobsen and Dr. Shaw have been excellent and have given top-level service. I feel so comfortable in their office and they've been transparent about any costs.

I have been going here a few years now and everyone I’ve encountered is super friendly and knowledgeable. They make going to the dentist super easy and not a chore at all. The practice is well maintained and clean. They use all the proper precautions and personal protective equipment. They are just great and I recommend them to everyone that asks me.

Both Dr. Jacobsen and Dr. Shaw are amazing! They are both caring and communicative and will go the extra mile to provide a seamless experience. They take extra time to describe what care you need and will answer any questions at any time. After certain procedures they have both taken the time to follow-up personally with me, which shows an extra level of commitment that I haven't seen at any other dentist office.
Cleanings are always smooth and quick - all the hygienists are great and super friendly.
Billing and insurance are also a breeze - Danielle is incredible at communicating between insurance providers and the patient so that the best possible coverage is achieved.
The office is also top-notch. Easy parking, beautiful space with very calming vibes.

Was a patient several years ago when the two Beths started the practice. Couldn’t have had a better experience then, both routine care and more complex procedures like repairing a crown and needing a new one, but then we moved away. Happily we just moved back to the area and I had my routine cleaning today. Covid protocols first rate. I had an outstanding experience yet again, and after 5 years they remembered my preferences which was very impressive. I was greeted like an old friend by both the hygienist and Dr Beth. Honestly, it doesn’t get any better. Thank you so much, job well done, and I’m so happy to be back!
