Colton Complete Dental Care

The assistant and dentist themselves were great. They were very informative. However the ladies at the front desk kept giving me different prices. I called ahead of time and explained I didn’t have coverage and I was fine with paying the full amount up front after my appointment. I asked how much it would be on the phone, they said $140.00. Upon my arrival I asked again just to make sure, then they said $240.00. I was prepared to pay more than this, I walked in with $1000.00 just in case however I told her that’s not what I was told upon booking my appointment. I asked for details about the price and she told me I was right and adjusted it. After my exam I went to pay and they tried to get me to pay $240.00 again!
I said “No, that’s not what I was just told, it is supposed to be $140.00” she said “Oh that’s right, you get a discount because you’re a new patient the total is $140.00” I handed her two hundred dollar bills, they didn’t have change for me... They ended up putting what I was owed onto my credit with their dentist office and I don’t know if I’m ever going to return there again. Then when I said “I don’t really want to do that” she suggested I go to the bank, which was an inconvenience to me so I begrudgingly told her it was okay to put towards my credit said thank you. My exam was good I didn’t need any work done, they made some recommendations but nothing was wrong or unhealthy. The dentist was very impressed with my teeth actually but they still suggested I come in and get over $700.00 worth of work done. Hopefully my husband can the credit when he decides to go, if we even choose that office again. I read good reviews about it on google that’s why I chose them. I was really unimpressed with the inconsistency of the ladies at the desk and the fact they didn’t have change. They accept cash, they should have cash so they are able to provide their customers with the remaining balance instead of putting it on their credit.

I am a newly established patient at Colton Complete Dental Care and I am extremely happy with my experience.
Dr. Correll was very informative; explaining my options and leaving me ample time to ask questions and insert my own preferences. Amanda, my dental hygienist, was very gentle. She listened to me when I explained my pre-existing anxiety and made sure I felt comfortable in every aspect of my care.
At the front desk, my care plan was explained - my payment options and insurance coverage was talked about throughly. I did not feel rushed or confused in any way.
I am looking forward to my future care and would highly recommend this practice to anyone and everyone.

I’ve been coming to Brian Correll’s office for years. The staff is always great. The hygienist that cleaned my teeth the last few times has got to be the best I’ve had, great job.

This is where I get my regular dental care and they are always friendly and efficient. Recently I went through Invisalign treatment and the doctor was excellent, as was his staff, as usual. After treatment I had a small gap between my front teeth and the doctor took a lot of time to close it up and make it perfect. I’m incredibly happy I went through Invisalign and with the results!

Dr Corel is by far the best dentist i have ever had, and I've had a few with extensive dental work and surgeries since I was a kid, and most recently having full dental implants done. He takes the time to make sure everything is done the right way and always making sure your comfortable. His staff is very friendly she things just seem to move along in sync instead of sitting in the chair or waiting room waiting for someone to get back to work on you. To top it off the office is new state of the arc and very clean. You can even have your own drop down tv to watch while they work on you. Coming from someone who grew a fear of the dentist late in life due to a horrible dentist, i cab recommend Dr. Corel to anyone. He's very gentle and takes his time unlike other dentists that seem like they are working on a car engine instead of a person's mouth. AAA service all around.

I went here for a 2nd opinion. Could not have been happier with the results! Friendly staff and dentist, professional and I left feeling like I was given high quality care in a super friendly, caring atmosphere.

It's always a wonderful experience at Colton Dental... Everyone is so nice and makes me feel relaxed and for me that's alot.I get so nervous but they help me through it with so much compassion..I highly recommend them.

I had my 1st dentist visit in 4 years and had an amazing visit back. They were able to get me scheduled in the same day for exactly what I needed and everyone I met from the reception desk all the way to people poking around in my mouth, they were all extremely kind. Thanks again I'll be back for more cleanings.
