I can not say enough good things about this office honestly. For the first appointment they went above and beyond to help calm my insane dental anxiety.....BUT the best thing about going to this office is by far MONICA!!!! I have always been scared of the dentist but meeting with her felt like I was talking to family. She was so reassuring and genuinely cared about me. As a single mom (not receiving any state assistance) I was worried I wouldn't be able to afford my copays for my private insurance and she made sure to make it work!! I am so happy I found a new dental home. Thank you NorthView Family Dental!!

Had a tooth ache they were able to get me an appt quickly and to my schedule (I am a truck driver) once checked in I was escorted back to meet with Filbert. What an amazing man, he was able to speak clearly and in terms I could understand. Immediatly put at ease about being at the dentist. Dr. Leale came in right after my xrays and we discussed causes and actions. I never once felt like they didn't care or anything. I was provided cost estaments up front and told what to expect again. Amazing team and I am happy to call Northview Family Dentist my dental home. Thanks all.

Just had my first visit here today and it was a complete 180 from anything I'd experienced before. Upon arrival, I was greeted by a warm and friendly assistant named Monica who took me back for examination. Both the questions she asked and the diagnostic actions she performed spoke to a level of care I have never before experienced in a dental facility. She was very thorough and transparent in explaining both my treatment options and the costs associated with them. I expected to have an extraction done based on my experiences with other offices, but they informed me that despite the nature of the break in my tooth that they'd be able to save it.
I'm cheap by nature. I don't spend frivolously and am what one might consider a hard sell. However, between the obvious value of the in-house membership program they offer to those without adequate insurance and the value of the service I received today, I was compelled to purchase a full year of membership with what has to be the best dental clinic I've ever visited.
Most of my previous dental experiences have been nothing short of nightmarish. Thank you for showing me what quality dental care looks like.

I absolutely LOVE Kayla at Northview Family Dental. She makes me feel so comfortable and I feel like a friend. I used to be afraid of the dentist, but I have gotten over that with Northview and I actually don't hate my appointments since starting there (I have to get cleanings every three months). Kayla makes sure I am comfortable and she understands dental anxiety. It really nice not to be nervous to go to the dentist anymore. I would recommend this place to everyone!

Went to NorthView Family Dental today and was seen by Kayla! She was AMAZINGLY AWESOME! Very friendly, professional, supportive and gentle! Did a fantastic job cleaning my teeth, taking radiographs, and informing me of my dental health status. VERY impressed!

This is the first dentist I went back to after not being at the dentist for far too long. I have horrible anxiety of dentists' from past experiences and Northview Family Dental changed everything for me. They have this nice little booklet that they give you ever visit where you can check off certain things you personally need in order to feel comfortable and do an amazing job of letting you know exactly what they're doing for this visit, what they'll be doing for the next, and what the budget will be. Everyone that works there is so incredibly sweet! The last time I went I was with Char and Dr. Martin and they did an incredible job of making sure I was comfortably the whole time, asking me if I was alright consistently and constantly making me laugh and feel at peace. This is without a doubt the best dentist I've ever been to and I recommend it for everyone, especially those who are turned off to dentists due to anxiety!

NorthView Dental is the place to be! I hadn't been to a dentist in years, probably more than 5 years if I'm being honest. The team at NorthView made me feel right at home from the first, "Hello". Loretta (my dental hygienist for the day) was absolutely amazing in any sense of the word. She immediately quelled any concerns, anxiety, or nervousness I had about coming in for the first time in so long. She also made sure I was relaxed and pain-free the whole time! Trust me, my grill needed an extensive cleaning and I was extremely impressed by her skill, compassion, and professionalism regarding her trade. It really meant a lot to me after past experiences at other practices. The whole appointment was thorough, informative and comfortable from the very beginning! I actually look forward to my next appointment! I won't go anywhere else as long as I live in Spokane.

5 stars ✨ services. Dr. Leale is an amazing dentist 🦷. He is attentive, skillful and caring. My teeth was so complicated. Dr. Leale tried his best to give me a new beautiful smile while trying to conserve my real teeth with affordable price. Filbert, dental hygienist assistant is amazing too. He was active listening and gave me warm blanket for my visits. The staff of North View Family Dental team is super friendly. I always feel warm and welcoming!
