My 16 year old had 4 wisdom teeth extracted. They we're running behind so he was offered a gift card, which we thought was nice. After the procedure we went home and I expected a call the next day to check on him and never got one. It's been 10 days now and still haven't received a call. I am extremely disappointed about that.

BOBBI IS AMAZING!!!! Like... can you clone her 20x and have her taking care of everything?!? Lol
So dentist aren’t the funnest places to deal with. Kids primary dentist was children’s dental village and apparently they say my kids have “outgrown” them so we were debating on where to establish. While debating, 1 kid needs a root canal that only SDOS can do with our insurance, so called to make the appointment and Bobbi seriously was a godsend! With 3 kids, pandemic, picky insurance and kiddos having dental issues, she seriously made everything as pain free as possible (at least for mom!). She was able to get appointments together to make less trips from deer park, amazing with communication and answering questions! Even when I felt like i was being a bother calling her back over and over, she was patient, kind, understanding and so professional. I can tell, just from the phone calls, that’s he has a heart of gold and you are lucky to have her on your team! SHE is the sole reason we decided to make sleep dentistry our primary! And thanks to her, 2 of my kids will be being seen this morning thanks to cancelations and her amazing communication. So glad! Thank you!

Was referred here by different dentist. Initial dentist proposed 4 crowns and 2 fillings at $600. SD decided to do 11 crowns and 1 removal for $2600. Unfortunately we did not compare proposals. But for sure not coming back here. Will be looking for other on. Live and learn for us.

I wasn't in the office a long period of time, but during that time I experienced a friendly staff, a gentle person who did my x rays (sorry, I'm terrible with names), a clean office and all in all a positive experience. Unfortunately the dentist who examined me and looked at my health records was not able to perform any sleeping anesthesia because he felt I was too medically complicated to have my dental work done in his office. He recommended my dental work be done in a hospital for safety reasons. I understand that and appreciate it that he opted for me to be in a hospital environment for my dental work. Too bad for me, because I couldn't find a hospital to do it but I'm still researching my dilemma. I wish I could have had it all done there because I know it would have been a great experience and outcome.

From Billing to my Surgeon and everyone in-between were exceptional! Even in the midst of the covid 19 outbreak, they really took great care of me as I was an emergency case. Yeah! No more excruciating headaches! No more infections! Never saw 1 needle!! This is THE place to go for anyone with acute needle problems Great Team. Thank You!

They don't normally accept my form of insurance but they made an exception due to my need for dental care and my long seated fear, and helped me with my teeth. I am a big scaredy cat and they were kind and gentle and did a very good job. I hadn't been to a dentist in many years and my teeth showed it. Thank you for your generosity.

The folks at Spokane Sleep Dentistry were patient and kind while my nine year old had several cavities filled. He has dentaphobia and needed the extra care that this office offered efficiently and professionally, even while his highly concerned mother paced the waiting room. I would certainly recommend them to others in a similar situation.

My daughter was needing a tooth pulled today. She was freaking out something fierce. The staff was amazing. Took things step by step. She didn't feel the shot at all. Tooth was out in a flash and she happily exclaimed, "That didn't hurt!!!"
I was wanting to give the Dr. a gold star sticker. Great job Sleep Dentistry

Dr. May is seriously the best! He is so attentive and seems to really care about my overall health. He goes beyond dental hygiene and gets to know me as a person. Highly recommend Dr. May!

I would not recommend this place for several of reasons.. first off, when I was getting my wisdom teeth out there and I didn’t like that they were being forceful towards me. When they were giving me gas to inhale, I started inhaling it and then quickly I couldn’t breath and I was trying to tell them that and then I tried to take it off for just one sec to catch my breath, (keep in mind I have asthma) then the person wouldn’t let me take it off and they put their hand against my mouth so I wouldn’t be able to take it out. I could not breathe and did not feel comfortable. Also they were unprofessional. They forgot a couple key instructions to tell my boyfriend that affected my pain significantly and as well as some utensils that they later apologized for not giving them right away as they said they should have. Also when I told them about the extraordinary pain I was experiencing after a week.. they didn’t help me at all. They left me with a lot of pain for over a week and they quote on quote told me “yes, we are done with you and there’s not much we can do about the extra pain”. Luckily I was able to go to the hospital that helped me enormously and actually cared about the pain I was feeling and was more understanding. Overall, the place was unprofessional, non-understanding, and careless with me.
