All around great company. The team at Summit are always courteous, helpful, and correspond to problems promptly. Dr. Lopez has been a pleasure to receive care from. He is always going the extra mile to explain the treatment plan and providing option/recommendations that are cost effective. I appreciate Dr. Lopez and his thorough work as my dentist. He is always courteous, enjoyable, and does good work. I appreciate his ability and willingness to communicate exactly what is going on with my teeth and other procedures. His staff are great, personable, kind, and good at what they do. Having had a lot of dental/orthodontic work done recently, Dr. Lopez has also put me at ease and let me know that he will help me through whatever is to come next.

I am also extremely impressed with his work with my children. They love driving by his office and pointing it out, excited about their dentist! They love going with me, even if they don't have an appointment of their own. Dr. Lopez always makes them feel comfortable and makes them laugh. Not only that, he explains to them very simply what is going on and how they can have healthy teeth. The staff also make it enjoyable for them. I would highly recommend!

I am scared to death of dentists after a bad experience as a child. I had not been to a dentist in about 20 years when I broke a tooth and Dr. Lopez was the only one in town that had extended hours and could get me in. He was very patient with me, knowing I don't like dentists. I live in Montana and I still drive to Spokane just to go to him. He has an excellent personality and handles my nervousness really well. He is always smiles and takes nervous teasing with a laugh. His helpers will talk with you and answer questions and have great personalities. Thank you Dr. LOPEZ for putting up with me when we both know I always want to just bolt out. 🙂

My husband and I have been going to Dr Lopez for several years for all of our dental needs (and we go fairly regularly). Have never, ever had a bad or negative experience with Dr. Lopez or any of his staff. Without question, Dr. Lopez and his dental hygienist Gina are the best in Spokane. They genuinely care for their patients. Every staff member at Summit Family & Cosmetic Dentistry cares deeply about their patients and they are the cream of the crop.

Dr. Lopez and his staff are some of the BEST I've ever had. I've had to have extensive work done, and have seen them almost biweekly for the last year, and they are always friendly and considerate, upfront, and helpful. It's been a difficult journey, and while I hesitate to call any dental experience enjoyable, they've at least made me feel cared for and safe!

The Summit Dentistry Team has taken care of my dental needs for years--and I wouldn't go anywhere else! They are the best dental team in all of Spokane! They are professional, compassionate, and caring. The dental hygienists are thorough and incredibly gentle. The office staff is efficient and can clearly explain all benefits and charges. The dentist, Dr. Lopez, has provided such wise care and prevention options for me. Fabulous, professional practice!

I highly recommend Dr. Lopez!!! One of my front teeth fell out late at night and I emailed Dr. Lopez. He emailed me back within a couple hours and asked me if I could come in his first thing in the morning. I was so grateful for him coming in on a Saturday morning. I'm so thankful I don't have to walk around with one of my front teeth missing! He always explains what needs to be done and how he is doing it before he does it and that always puts me at ease. My husband has anxiety about going to the dentist and Dr. Lopez is the only dentist he trusts. He really cares about his patients and it shows. I would highly recommend him to anyone!!!

I highly recommend Dr. Lopez. I fell and my front teeth were severely cracked and damaged. It was over the weekend and Even though I had previously made an appointment with another service it didn't work out because when I showed up, no one was at the office! (When I tried calling them, the phone rang inside, and even to this day, they have not even bothered to call me back) I tried calling several different places but on a Saturday afternoon no dentist in Spokane was available.

That is....Except for Dr. Lopez! I had given up and decided to wait until Monday. But the next morning I saw that Dr. Lopez had left a message at 10:30pm the night before. He saw me That Sunday afternoon and took care of my cracked tooth, Followed up on Tuesday, and again on Wednesday for the other damaged tooth. I ended up extracting both teeth and getting implants.

I'm very impressed with Dr. Lopez's skills but also very very grateful for his kindness and his work ethic. I don't know many doctors that would go out their way and give up their personal time to care for patients, especially a new one, including my current dentist! He truly transformed my horrible experience into a bearable one! And for that I am forever thankful.

I've been a patient at this office since before Dr. Lopez took over. I'll admit I was nervous; who isn't nervous when a "new" doctor takes over your care?! I was instantly at ease with Dr. Lopez’s friendly personality and thorough care. I love, love, LOVE Dr. Lopez and his entire staff! I recommend him (them) to anyone looking for a dentist. They are an attentive, knowledgeable, and cheery bunch, and I look forward to every visit.

This place is AMAZING! All of the staff is genuinely friendly. From my first encounter with calling to inquire about an appointment I spoke with Teresa, she was informative and very kind, she got my son and I scheduled the same week. Then another receptionist, Kelly called and stated they had an opening the same day as my son, which was great because it saved us a trip!

Upon arriving for our appointment we were warmly greeted by Kelly and Tersesa, who walked us through any questions and paperwork. There was no wait at all! Gina was our dental hygienist and did a thorough job on our teeth cleaning, walked us through what she saw, provided some pointers, and had a wonderful conversation with her as well.

Then we saw the dentist, Dr. Lopez. What an extraordinary dentist! He knew his stuff, walked me through the things he saw, shared concerns, gave pointers on my sensitive spots and brushing techniques, laid out some spots to keep an eye out, and he spends time getting to know his patients. Not to mention he was personable, kind, funny, and even bilingual.

I have been to different dental offices in Spokane and I have never encountered such a friendly experience from every individual. This place is phenomenal! 5 STARS!
