My experience with Dr. Prato and his team has been really positive! Every member of the staff remembers me and calls me by name, takes time to ensure my comfort and my understanding of all procedures, and goes to great lengths to keep me stress and anxiety-free. That's a pretty tall order for any business, but for dental-anxiety-prone patients like me, it far exceeds my expectations. Down to Earth Dental is one of the best patient friendly and patient care dentist offices I have ever been too. I love the offices atmosphere and climate while in the chair. Just went in yesterday for a routine cleaning. Have been with them for a few years now. Friendly and fun staff! Renee in front desk is awesome. I like that even though I don’t go to the dentist often it’s usually familiar faces working when I go in. I really like Cami, always does a great job with my cleaning. Dr Prado, great dentist! They are all amazing there.

Everyone that works here is kind, caring, and beyond helpful! My two year old cut her gums on a fall - They worked with me to figure out what care she needed, made room in the schedule for us, and calmed my panicky mom self. They have always been gentle with her and I am so happy to be a patient here.

Office manager Kimberly is polite, courteous and knows how to run the office in a superb manner. Dentists are quick and professional to respond to a variety of dental problems.
