Absolutely amazing people! I came to Dr. Brown with 4 crowns recently done, at a different dental office, on my front teeth that looked terrible. When the dentist that had done them refused to fix them, Dr. Brown was there for me. He did an amazing job. The compassion Dr. Brown and his staff exhibited regarding my circumstances was astounding. I walked into Inspired Dental embarrassed to smile and walked out with one from ear to ear!
It is also worth mentioning that I generally struggle with the numbing portion of dental visits and was shocked when Dr. Brown was able to numb my front teeth without causing me pain.

I had a great experience, from the front desk verifying my insurance to Dr. Easter improving my smile with crowns on my top front teeth! Same day crowns means less visits & only getting numb once! His assistant JD was great!

I went in here after trying to get help at a different dental office, that I won't name but they're nearby. I was traumatized. I had some SEVERE dental issues, rotting teeth, pain up in my eyes and ears, couldn't sleep, only ate enough to stay alive and just barely at that. I had already been warned that I didn't have much time left before I could potentially be looking at sepsis.
After visiting these wonderful folk twice, I now have a smile again! No more pain either after just a few days! In about another 5 weeks (from this review) I'll be mostly completely done with the major work, still have cleanings and permanent implants to go. I'm EXCITED to go to the dentist now. I'll be able to eat normally again after the 5 weeks too!
They've made a lifelong customer, patient, and friend out of me. A month ago, I'd have rather died than go to the dentist, seriously. I still have issues with the numbing shots going in, but who's not enjoying that? Lol. Otherwise, it's a very gentle experience everytime now. I didn't even feel the shots last time!

Like most men I try to stay away from the dentist. But earlier this week I had a dental emergency and as always Katrina at Inspired Dental found a way to fit me in on an emergency basis. She is amazing and caring! My dentist Dr. Brown asked their new dentist Dr. Easter to sit in as more than likely he was going to be the one treating me this go round because Dr. Brown was going to be leaving on vacation. My emergency was a cracked wisdom tooth that could not be saved and had to come out.
Of course, I was not looking forward to this extraction procedure especially with a new dentist. But both Docs assurred me I would be taken care of. I was apprehensive due to a totally bad experience I had with an oral surgeon over a year ago. That surgeon literally hit a nerve during my procedure. It was horrible and even worse he never acknowledged his error nor did he apologize. At my follow up visit he didn't even bother to show up. Dr. Easter took time to listen to my concerns and let me know he would make sure I had the best experience ever. Dr. Easter was awesome! He took excellent care of me and restored my faith in dentists! He walked me thru the entire process and I had no issues what so ever. THANK YOU DR. EASTER - I'm smiling again!

Dr is knowledgeable and explains everything that may concern you or make you worry.

I have mixed emotions writing this review. Its ONLY because I no longer live in Yakima and am unable to have Dr. Brown as my dentist. I was in a car accident several years back and my front teeth had shifted and a bit loose. I went to a dentist my sister in law recommended and he wanted to pull out all 4-6 of my front teeth and put in veneers. He advised me that it was an emergency and it needed to be done ASAP. The appt was made two days later; My mom made me get a second opinion. I spoke with Katrina (who by the way, is amazing) and she got me in ASAP. Dr. Brown had a different recommendation. Basically, he had me wait to see what kind of damage was done to the roots of my teeth. If they are damaged your teeth will start to discolor. To this day, I still have my original teeth. I've gone to his office for years. I'm now living in SEA and had 2 different dentists in this area (terrible). I'm seriously contemplating about driving over just to see Dr. Brown, well and his team. :) Highly recommend him. You will not be disappointed.

The staff at Inspired Dental are always real courteous, Dr. Ester is really professional & cares about his patients, he gave me a follow up call later in the day after I had 4 teeth pulled, I would highly recommend going there!!!
