Absolutely my favorite dentist hes honest and straight to the point but will try and help you when he can only thing that sucks is he dosnt take my insurance anymore. So i will be searching for insurance to stay !

Dr. Tim has been my dentist for over 10 years and I have had fillings, crowns, a bridge, and root canals done. I couldn't be happier with the level of care he and his staff have provided. They are friendly and my children are okay with going to their dentist even with some shots and drilling.

I was a bit nervous visiting the dentist as I had an old crown fail and needed it replaced--The staff were most welcoming and the Dr. did a FANTASTIC job in removing my old crown and replacing it with a new one !!!

Staff are very friendly and well-informed. Dr. Cain has a slightly gruff persona at first but has an excellent bedside manner and is a superior dentist. Appointments run like clockwork and go very smoothly. If you first visit feels a little tough, come back. You'll be very pleased with your dental work.

I have been a patient of Dr Cain’s from childhood to adulthood.
Dr Cain has cared for my whole family through the years . He especially cared for me when I had a painful tooth and no other dentist ( I was away at collage at the time ) would listen to me about the pain because they said my x-rays didn’t show any problem . Dr. Cain actually listened to me and fixed my painful tooth the same day .
The relief I felt was nothing short of amazing after suffering or so long with every other dentist telling me I had no reason to be in pain.
I whole heartedly recommend Dr Cain.
He is the best and only dentist my family will go to .

The dentist is great at what he does but the entire staff are jerks. Especially him and a white women who works in the back. I wouldn't go there again even if all my teeth were falling out.

I had been living in the area for a year and a half and didn’t have a dentist yet. It was a Friday afternoon and I bit into a sandwich and felt a crunch...it was one of my crowns! It had come off and I had crushed it with my bite (one of my front teeth might I add). I panicked and called the office (which I had never been to) and they had me come in right away! Dr Cain and his staff fixed me right up good as new as well as help entertain my 2 babies while I was getting worked on! I’m a former dental assistant turned stay at home mom so I know a good doctor and staff when I see one!!! Don’t walk, RUN to Dr. Cain for all your dental needs!!!
