Midwest Dental

Started going to Dr. Chapman when I was wearing braces. I have been going there for 30 years. Everyone there is so nice! They are also professional, efficient and caring. I'm usually there less than 30 minutes for everything. But of course, my teeth are good and easy because I have had their great care.

Kim was wonderful! Very personable. Dr. Peneshi was as always absolutely a gem. I’ve never had such a pleasant experience at a dentist visit.

Walking into Midwest Dental was awesome. So I had to read what was on the covid list. They had to make sure I wasn't having any of the sythoms. So I was like yes. I have diarrhea, vomiting and some other stuff, then I started laughing and told them I was playing. They were looking like Renee you have to go home. Haha! I just wanted to make them laugh because I know they needed it. Dealing with people with all sorts of different attitudes. Thanks too the staff for laughing with me. To my dental assistant thanks for the conversation, it was awesome. To Doc, thanks for the fist bump. Hahahahaha. BOOM. I'll recommend anyone to Midwest Dental. Keep up the good work. There was a situation where I needed to see my Dentist because of a very sore tooth and Midwest Dental & my Dentist, Dr. Ken was very helpful in relieving my discomfort...Thank you very much.

If I could vote zero stars I would!! Since Dr Chapman retired this practice became a hot mess. I cant tell you HOW MANY appointments they had to reschedule just for a cleaning. And for the past year the dentist wont see you unless it's an emergency because of "COVID" The hygienists there are rude and very rough and certainly not kid friendly. Do yourself a favor ya"ll and switch to Gateway. My neighbor recommended them to me. My son and I had are first appointment there and over the moon happy with their service. Check out their reviews.

Everybody at this clinic is respectful and extremely nice. I used to have the biggest fear of the Dentist. Now I have so much fun. Thank you Midwest crew.

Dr. Pinesche is the absolute best! I’ve never had a bad experience with him and he always explains thoroughly what can and can not be done. Great dentist!

Edit- I can no longer recommend. I made multiple attempts to get in for a routine cleaning/check up. On 2 occasions they cancelled my appointment and both times they rescheduled my appointment about a month out. I finally just cancelled and told them to forget it. Well a couple weeks ago I get a call from them wanting to setup an appointment; I figured I'd give them another shot after explaining what happened previously. Well after listening to the receptionist say, "one second", "Ugh", "the computer is going slow today" for five minutes straight; I just hung up. No thanks guys.

Original Review: The hygienist, Kim, took good care of me on my first visit to Midwest. Dr. Yamen was also pleasant and will be repairing a bad tooth of mine in a couple of weeks.

I have been going to Midwest Dental about three years. They have always taken me in shortly after I arrive, and I have been impressed with how well they handle insurance. I always know ahead of time how much I will end up paying. I am old enough to have experienced a number of dentists, and Midwest is gentler than most. They also did an extraction right on site, and they have never tried to coerce me into treatments I can't afford. For years I went to a larger facility in another city which seriously lacked in most of these areas, so I appreciate Midwest.

Horrible money hungry. My moms tooth was literally falling out and they charged $105 for an xray which wasn’t needed and $225 to have it pulled. She probably could have pulled it out herself with a piece of dental floss and a door knob. They took advantage of a poor old lady.
