The employees here are very rude. I called in December to schedule an appointment for January 21st. They called me this morning to confirm it but I had canceled it the prior week due to a conflict with my daughters doctor appointment. After telling her I canceled it she told me that I had already canceled 3 appointments. There’s no way I had canceled 3 appointments because as of January I was a new patient! After telling her there’s no way and there has to be a mistake, she told me that she could make an “exception this time”. I will take my business elsewhere.
