The staff there were so helpful by getting me in for an emergency in a timely manner. They were constantly talk to me during my tooth extraction, and I must say I have had a few teeth pulled, and after have been really sore. I’ve only needed cleanings and am very satisfied with the service I have personally received.
The reason for the 1 star rating is due to the service the people I personally recommended this dental office to received. I referred my sister and her family as well as some close friends. Unlike me, every person was diagnosed as needing some dental work. What was striking is that all of them apparently had cavities that were between teeth. This is striking as none of these people had ever had cavities between teeth in the past. One of the young people, age 20, supposedly had 14 new cavities, even though he had only 4 cavities his entire life, and all cavities were between teeth. None of his 4 previous cavities were between teeth.
After these folks had all their cavities taken care of by this clinic’s dentists, ALL of them had moderate to severe sensitivity as the result, even a year later.
This is just the beginning of their problems however. The father and two of his kids had ongoing problems with teeth that this clinic had worked on. There was contamination under the fillings causing further decay, the need for removing the fillings and refilling, and in the case of the father, resulting in a root canal and extraction performed by another dental office.
My sister had a similar diagnosis of having 4 between the teeth cavities, but she elected to not have any work done on them. She is scheduled for a checkup with another dental clinic later this month and will have them recheck the supposed cavities. She has not had any pain or problems having ignored this office’s recommendation for fillings. I will update when I have the results of the next dental office’s findings with regard to these supposed cavities. (My sister has only had 4 cavities in her lifetime as well.)
Although my experience has been good, I must caution people about this strange between the teeth phenomenon happening at this clinic. And further caution folks pertaining to the quality of the work being done by the dentists. I am writing this review due to the fact that it was I who had recommended that these people go see these dentists at this clinic, and I feel terrible for having done so in light of the problems they have had to deal with as the result.
