The staff was really nice and professional. My hygienist did a nice thorough job but then it was over. They said they only due an actual exam every other visit unless you have an issue. Seemed strange that I didn't see a dentist just a hygenist that's been doing this for 9 months. I'm assuming they still bill my insurance just as much though. I'll question coming back.

I absolutely love coming to the Howard dental associates location. The staff is extremely friendly, knowledgeable and caring. I used to hate going to the dentist until I went here. Dr Schmidt is by far the best dentist I’ve ever had, I am so greatful to have found a dentist who is as nice as he is. His assistant is amazing as well, Tara has helped me understand what exactly is going to happen during my visits and makes sure I am always comfortable. I will NEVER go anywhere else. I found the staff to be aware of all recommended practices to protect patients and staff during this pandemic. They sent the process to follow when arriving for appt. a few days ahead. They were prepared with sanitized materials to address Ck-in and to update History.
The hygienist and dentist were in appropriate garb, masks & gloves. I am very pleased with my cleaning and the followup with my dentist was helpful and enjoyable. It’s a very welcoming place to be in spite of the pandemic requirements. I don’t hesitate to recommend Dental Associates to anyone. They’re great!

Very Professional office. Measures taken to be sure only 1or 2 patients in the office at a time. Arrival time is 5 mins before appointment. Friendly staff. Immaculate clean office with extra measures taken by staff to make me comfortable in the setting.
