Failed to notify when we had hit our cap for insurance even though we were asking every appt. After ALL the dental work was done received a bill for $1300. It'd have been nice to know we had hit our cap and we would've started making payments each visit, not wait months to hear anything about ot and then receive that bill. Ontop of that some of the work was poorly done and had to be corrected by a different dental office. Make sure you're keep track, they're not the best at notifying you of billing!
