I saw the hygienist Jamie at New Richmond Dental in New Richmond Wisconsin. She was amazing! She is personable, professional and thorough. She made me feel relaxed and comfortable with her friendly bedside manner. I would highly recommend seeing her at this location. I am definitely requesting her for all future cleanings!

What a fantastic experience!! As a brand new patient and a person with a severe phobia of dentists, I couldn’t be happier with my visit today. Dr. McFarland, Tiffany, and Kiersten were phenomenal. Every one of them was so kind and made me feel completely at ease. They explained everything so I understood and made sure I was comfortable during the entire exam and cleaning.
From the person who made my initial appointment to the person who made my follow up appointments and explained insurance coverage today, all of you were so kind and helpful. So happy the first dental office I called never called me back and I ended up at New Richmond Dental. Highly recommend.

Sadly this was my first time with a BAD experience.
I arrived 15 minutes early. When I told the receptionist my name she told me in a rude tone that I was late and I was suppose to be there at 2:30. I told her that was incorrect while she continued to disagree and began to look for a new appointment time for me. She then discovered she looked at the wrong name and blamed it on there being too many Sara’s to keep track of. To me that is not ok and I felt disrespected considering I was actually early.
The hygienist did not schedule my 6 month cleaning. I also noticed on the computer that I should have had some X-rays which did not happen.
The dentist also didn’t check my glands or soft tissue.
Overall just a bad experience.

I will never go anywhere else! Every dental experience I had growing up was alway an awful experience. When I started going to NRD (6 years ago) I couldn’t even sit through a cleaning without sedation, due to my dental anxiety. My teeth were in bad shape due to the poor clinics I’d gone to growing up. I am so thankful for Dr. Tietz and all of the staff at NRD for making going to the dentist a great experience. I no longer need sedation for dental work, and my teeth are in great shape!

They pulled a tooth with dirty utensils and then demanded money. No break on the bill, just demanded money. I would save yourself some time and go elsewhere! They clearly don't care about (their) patients.
